Hotels with Pools in Amman

This was the best hotel we stayed at during our entire trip to Jordan. We stayed in a family room for two nights, and it was extremely spacious and comfortable. We truly felt at home throughout our stay. The breakfast was outstanding — both in terms of variety and quality. Everything was fresh and delicious. What we especially appreciated was that they still offered a full open buffet even though the hotel had relatively few guests at the time. Another major advantage of the hotel is its location. The area is very pleasant and we felt completely safe walking around with our two children. There are also several excellent restaurants nearby. If we visit Jordan again, this would be our first choice without hesitation.

An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

The hotel is amazing , very clean everywhere , I disliked that they don’t have reserved areas for smokers everybody smokes anywhere they feel is a good spot for it , not thinking in people that we don’t smoke including little kids , it will be nice if they enforce smokers to smoke on designated areas and not inside restaurants and bars , I ate at 5 de mayo restaurant ( as a good Mexican lol ) not well convenced that I was going to find good Mexican food , I was wrong I gave my congratulations to the stuff and chef the food was amazing and so the drinks , I drank a Paloma a typical Mexican drink base with tequila , squirt ,grapefruit juice , lime juice over salty ring glass , Tequila used on my drinks was Don Julio , All stuff from valet parking to receptionists and in general were super friendly I definably recommend this hotel if you are visiting Amman Jordan or

Warm and Attentive Service: The front desk staff were professional and efficient, quickly handling my check-in and clearly explaining the hotel's facilities. Room service was also very prompt. Comprehensive and Thoughtful Amenities: I stayed in an apartment-style room, which was incredibly spacious. It featured a fully equipped kitchenette and a separate living area, making it extremely convenient for long-term stays or families. Good Dining Experience: The breakfast offered a rich variety, balancing both international and local flavors. The lobby lounge was a comfortable spot for meeting clients or enjoying a drink. Overall, this DoubleTree hotel perfectly blends the convenience of a business hotel with the comfort and freedom of apartment-style accommodation, making it a reliable and welcoming choice for business or leisure travel to Amman.

Our trip was for a surgery. The hotel's location was excellent, close to everything, and their service was outstanding. The room was warm and comfortable, and all the staff were very respectful. I will definitely visit this hotel again.

Comfortable hotel, clean good room .European breakfast type , also there is something from the local kitchen,chef will make you omlet according to your preferences .good staff . Everything was nice . The location didn 't matter much as only two days were in the hotel , before flying home.

There was a foul smell coming from the toilet drain! The front desk staff disappeared at irregular intervals! The airport shuttle pick-up time was irregular!
