Hotels with Pools in Amman

Managed by Marriott, this hotel boasts an excellent location, making it very convenient for getting around. The hotel's design and decor are new and stylish, and both the facilities and services are top-notch. The staff are enthusiastic and friendly. Taking a taxi to Rainbow Street or Jabal Amman is usually around 1.5 JD, and it's also very easy to get to the North Bus Station. The hotel also offers many activities and feels very safe.

An overall enjoyable stay at the Ritz-Carlton Amman, but there’s certainly room for improvement. Pros: - Rooms are enormous, and incredibly comfortable, with a good modern TV that allows streaming from your phone and a lovely rain shower. This really is the major highlight. - Legend’s bar is very fun. Cocktails may be a bit lacklustre, but the massive screens, live music, and golf and racing simulators more than make it a great bar. - The Lebanese restaurant was delicious, and definitely a great choice for dinner. - Breakfast when available is very solid but not amazing (see the cons for more info). - Hotel location is far from downtown, but next to all the other major hotels with good access to restaurants. - Staff are courteous and helpful for the most part. Cons: - The breakfast restaurant is far too small for the size of the hotel. I had breakfast paid for, but missed it twice due to the restaurant being full. This really needs to be amended because the hotel itself was not even full. If you cannot attend the capacity of your hotel, this is a deep issue. Breakfast was solid, but still it was small compared to other 5 star establishments. - New Year’s Eve was due to be the highlight of our stay, but we were left massively underwhelmed. We booked a table at Roberto’s, but despite being seated by 22:20, it took until 23:00 to get our appetisers, and we had not even had our main courses by the time the New Year came. This is unacceptable. - A small but necessary point, in general the cleaning was fine, but one day we returned to the hotel at 16:40 to find we still had not had our room made up. We had to request this. I expect far more from a 5 star establishment, and the fact that I’m not sure we would have received a cleaning without our request is concerning. Overall, I’m happy with my stay. I still think the Ritz-Carlton Amman is probably the best hotel choice in Amman, but it leaves a lot to be desired. My review and rating reflects how I feel based on competing hotels in the area.

was very pleased with my experience. The hospitality was outstanding, and we thoroughly enjoyed the spa, restaurants, and various facilities offered by the hotel. I would rate it not just as a five-star experience, but closer to seven stars. I would like to extend a special thanks to Ward and Dina, who were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. They assisted us with our inquiries and played a significant role in arranging our visits to key attractions in Jordan, including Petra, Wadi Rum, Madaba, and the city of Amman. Their efforts ensured that we had a smooth and enjoyable experience. My daughter also had a wonderful time and made cherished memories during our stay. Thank you once again for your hospitality. I look forward to the possibility of returning in the future.

Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd time & the room was not so clean as the 1st room & was more outdated and had a horrible strong smell! Other than that everything else was good, breakfast is decent, we only stayed for the night so didn’t want to spend much! Beddings were clean! The pool is open from 6am till 11pm. However, it’s for women and children till 2pm and men can use till 11pm, no women & children allowed after 2! But it’s full of men at all times, they should’ve had a ladies timings too

The bed was especially cozy after a long day, and the overall atmosphere was quiet and restful. 🍽️ I had the chance to try the breakfast buffet, which offered a wide variety of local and international choices. Fresh, flavorful, and plenty of options to start the day right. 📍 The location is convenient — close to restaurants, shops, and a good base to explore Amman. Most importantly, the hospitality of the staff stood out. My stay at the Sheraton Amman was fantastic! The staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, and the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with stunning city views. The issue this hotel has many locations buildings at the same area and its not clear in which building you will stay and you have to run from one to another to find your building

The reception team were efficient at both check-in and check-out, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. The room was well-appointed, clean and comfortable, offering a great blend of modern amenities and a relaxing ambience. I particularly appreciated the quality of the bedding, which ensured a restful night's sleep. The housekeeping team did an exceptional job of maintaining the room throughout my stay. Dining at the hotel was also a pleasant experience. The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of international and local dishes, all freshly prepared and beautifully presented. The restaurant staff were courteous and attentive, making the dining experience even more enjoyable. The hotel's location is another strong point - convenient for both business and leisure travellers. In addition, the facilities, including the fitness centre and swimming pool, were well maintained and added to the overall positive experience. The toilet sewer has a foul smell! The front desk staff disappears from time to time! Airport bus pick-up time is not fixed!
