Hotels with Balcony in Amman

Abdallah Nemrat & kareem the mixologist are the best at the Roberto’s pub. The did above & beyond to make our night unforgettable. We did had wonderful dinner. Foods was amazing, Service is more than I expected. Kareem did for me the best of clear Negroni, Which is really impressive.

I had the good fortune of selecting this property for an eight-night business trip to Amman, and from the time of check-in to the last step out the front door on my way to the airport, my experience was wonderful. Though all staff whom I interacted with were excellent in every way, I must thank in particular Haya, Tania and Saed and the front desk team, Gimaima and her colleagues in Housekeeping, Amanda and the other staff in Mosaic, and Mahalia and Ahmed and everyone else at Toscana. To be sure, when I return to Amman, I look forward to spending time at this property and with these folks.

We certainly had a very comfortable stay at this property. No it was not perfect, but this is by far the best hotel option in Amman. The attention to detail, culture of service, small touches, and dinning are what set this property apart. None of the other high end properties in Amman (Marriott branded) can compare. The staff are prepared for any request and speak the best English in the city. They were the only staff in Amman who seemed to understand the subtle emotions of Western guests that go beyond language alone. We throughly enjoyed the refreshed and well lit bedrooms, very well designed dining venues, large pools, spa facilities, and cleanliness. Most notably the shower pressure which was absolutely amazing and something quite rare in Amman. As far as four seasons properties go it isn’t exceptional but the price matches that compared to some properties that go well into the thousands for a single night in a basic room. I do think that paying more than around 350 dollars is not worth it since a 250 dollar stay at the St Regis is probably a better value. The bathrooms, breakfast restaurant floor, and spa/fitness center need renovations. There were some dark marks in the shower’s grout. (Not sure if mold or something else, still didn’t look dirty.) Despite this, we would 100% return to this property if we were in Amman. There is a certain charm to this hotel that others don’t have. And if they updated every space throughout the building and did something more unique and luxurious to the bathrooms it would be an absolute no brainer for Amman.

The hotel breakfast is delivered to the room, which is not something Chinese people are used to. In order to fill their stomachs, they have to eat. However, there are many Chinese restaurants in Jordan, and Lanzhou ramen is also available.

Can accommodate an extra bed but pay 45 JD per night There is a problem with the drainage pipe in the bathroom. After the shower, the bathroom is full of water. Breakfast should be eaten as early as possible. If there are many people who are arranged to eat on the 42nd floor, there will be no good things to eat..... The breakfast on the 6th floor is good, very delicious. The service of the hotel is very good, the hotel in the UAE (headquartered in Dubai) is more valued service! Compared to Israel's 5-star hotel Rotana, the price is very high. It is also very convenient to call Uber outside! It is not expensive to go to the Roman theater and the Amman Museum 2 JD. To Jerash, Uber is about 15JD, and to the Dead Sea, 20 JD. The Abudali Mall on the edge is Amman's largest and the newest shopping mall. There are quite a lot of supermarkets and restaurants. It is quite convenient to walk around and the price is ok. In short, if you like to live comfortably, it is not wrong to choose Rotana.

Amazing hotel. Very clean, very neat. Staff is wonderful and service is great. Repeating next time. I wouldn’t stay at any other hotel. The service is second to none. Felt very honored and respected. Everyone was helpful and friendly.

I stayed at st. Regis Amman last year and it was new and the staff were still not very professional, BUT let me tell you about my current stay, ”I LOVE MY STAY AND I WILL DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN”, my friend and i arrived last night, we booked a room and got an upgrade, the staff are very professional and friendly and despite the face masks you can tell they are smiling, room service and house keeping are great we love the way they cleaned our room and the services they offered since we arrived.. thank you st. Regis this is exactly how moving to next level looks like.. all the love in the world for making our stay memorable 💖

The room is very good, the bedding is very comfortable, the towels, sheets, etc. are very clean. The bathroom is relatively large. I am the most satisfied hotel during this 24-night trip to the Middle East. The breakfast is also good. The staff service is very good, warm and smiling. From the security at the door to the front desk and restaurant, everyone works. The staff are very good. There is a big shopping mall downstairs. There are many restaurants nearby and there is a good Chinese restaurant. Overall, I am very satisfied with it. Recommended

The hotel was very popular about 25 years ago I’m told by locals. The staff are very welcoming and friendly however the hotel doesn’t seem to have ever been updated from it’s heyday. The rooms are so dusty my nose started to bleed by the time I left. The bathrooms have brown furniture and a bidet instead of a toilet spray. I hated using the toilet and bath, I felt dirtier coming out than going in! The balcony was only a foot deep and the windows let in so much noise. I would have left and booked another hotel but it was non refundable. The only thing that made it nice was the staff. Outside the hotel were taxis that overcharged but if you do need one just cross the road and hail one, it’s a lot cheaper. The hotel across the road is more modern for a similar price, I’d go there if I had to return.
