The staff were very patient. When we checked in and found the heating wasn't working properly, the front desk immediately arranged for staff to help us move our luggage and change rooms. Furthermore, breakfast was available à la carte without extra charge. It's a hotel worth recommending.

First off, the hotel's location is excellent – it's really close to the train station, just a few minutes' walk after you exit, no more than 300 meters away. The room decor is also quite unique; I even took some photos. And the breakfast at the restaurant was pretty substantial.

Everything at the hotel was great, especially the staff, who were warm and friendly and remembered guests' names, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was also excellent; both the food and service were a plus. It's not far from the old town (except for the churches and castles, of course), but the old town isn't worth exploring (old towns in Spain are all the same). It's better to spend your time at the hotel; the beach is just across the street, and the street has a similar feel to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France.

Hotel location is first class. Across the road from Malaga Beach Park, on the street Molina Lario where Malaga Church is located, the hotel is the same name as the street where it is located. To the west of the hotel is Larios Marquis Street, Malaga's most famous commercial pedestrian street. The hotel is located in the center of the city center. The main attractions are within a 15-minute walk. There are taxis to the train station and bus station. The hotel decoration is very new, but the key is very retro, the hotel's breakfast buffet is not bad, worthy of this price.

Environment: The location is very good, just in the center of Malaga, the hotel is separated from the road to the pedestrian street, five minutes walk to the subway station, there are many restaurants and cafes around, and the distance from various attractions is very close; Service: The attitude of the staff is also very good, the staff in charge of the night shift does not speak English, but after the translation, it can understand the meaning, and call on time at four o'clock to wake up. It is the hotel that will be chosen next time I come to Malaga, and I am very happy because I have stayed in a great hotel.

Located 10 minutes from the airport. 5 minute taxi ride to city centre. Reception staff were helpful, Room was spacious and clean, bathroom was a good size. There’s a nice cafe at the lobby, we had our breakfast there every morning. A shopping mall is located next to the hotel and there’s a huge supermarket in the mall.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, making it easy to explore the area. The service was exceptional—staff members were friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with any request. The room was spotless, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was delicious, offering a good variety of fresh options to start the day. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is nice, far from the city center, but there are buses that take 40 minutes to get there. If you are not in a hurry, you can consider it. Malaga Atlas is only 6 stops away, so it is also convenient for shopping.

For a 4 star hotel, it needs a lot of improvement. There were many flaws in the room. Room 337 had the toilet flush button stuck, the hotel heating was off, and they told us it was not possible to turn it on because it was in summer mode. I went on March 1st. It was the middle of winter. At breakfast on the first day, the scrambled eggs tasted bad. I called them and they had to remove them. Not leaving even a bottle of water in the room is also bad. And it's not because I didn't pay for it. The service was lacking in details. I wouldn't go back.
