GGuest UserGreat location, right in the centre of Malaga. Obviously with the hotel only open a week, everything was clean & new. Rooms spacious, comfortable, with all mod comms. Rooftop pool & bar area was lovely & well fitted out with seats tables & loungers. Service was slow but hopefully will improve with time & experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel has a fantastic location! It's right next to the train and bus stations, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing! There are many bus stops nearby, making it easy to get to attractions or the old town! A wide variety of supermarkets and restaurants are also nearby, perfect for satisfying your cravings! Highly recommended!

AAnonymous UserIt really exceeded my expectations. The room was very spacious, and toothbrushes were already thoughtfully provided, so I didn't even need to ask the front desk. The complimentary bottled water was a premium brand. The only minor drawbacks were the slightly small rooftop and a rather tiny pool, which was primarily suitable for lounging and sunbathing.

GGuest UserEverything at the hotel was great, especially the staff, who were warm and friendly and remembered guests' names, making us feel right at home. The restaurant was also excellent; both the food and service were a plus. It's not far from the old town (except for the churches and castles, of course), but the old town isn't worth exploring (old towns in Spain are all the same). It's better to spend your time at the hotel; the beach is just across the street, and the street has a similar feel to the Promenade des Anglais in Nice, France.

AANDREAI stayed at the AC Hotel Malaga Palacio and, overall, the experience was pleasant.
The rooms are clean and well-organized, and the service provided by the staff was always courteous and attentive. A particularly positive note is the breakfast served on the second floor: excellent quality, a wide selection, and a truly pleasant atmosphere. However, in my opinion, the hotel is in need of a general renovation. The spaces, while functional, are showing signs of age and could benefit from a restyling that would make them more contemporary and comfortable. I believe that with a targeted intervention, this property could fully express its potential and offer an even higher level of hospitality.

GGuest UserFabulous hotel, only one flaw, they should have replenished what was consumed for breakfast: 2 cnf of milk to stain the coffee, two tea bags and chamomile have a value of less than 1 Euro. Very clean, beautiful reception, very well-kept garden, very kind staff. A little out of the way but bus connection to the center nearby, comfortable, clean and cheap. I will return if I return to Malaga, FASCINATING CITY

MMaximilianoFor a 4 star hotel, it needs a lot of improvement. There were many flaws in the room. Room 337 had the toilet flush button stuck, the hotel heating was off, and they told us it was not possible to turn it on because it was in summer mode. I went on March 1st. It was the middle of winter. At breakfast on the first day, the scrambled eggs tasted bad. I called them and they had to remove them. Not leaving even a bottle of water in the room is also bad. And it's not because I didn't pay for it. The service was lacking in details. I wouldn't go back.
