The staff was incredibly welcoming, and everything was spotlessly clean. We definitely recommend this hotel."

The location was ideal as it was next to/above the railway station making it very easily accessible from the airport. Breakfast was excellent but the evening dinner menu was a little limited. "Stayed here after an Airbnb disaster. Hotel in a good place with a view of the Alcazaba, at the edge of the pedestrian area. Supermarket, bakery and lots of restaurants in the doorstep, taxi rank 1 min away. The hotel is new and as a result everything is sparkly and fresh. Decor is modern and well designed, rooms have great facilities and are of a good size, there's a turn down service which is a nice touch. Staff were all excellent and always plenty around to help out. The rooftop is the stand out feature; good bar area with range of food which comes from the kitchen of the high end restaurant that is also up there, the pool is bigger than you find on a lot of rooftops and loungers are large and comfy (it does get busy though so if you really want a bed for the day get there early enough), there's also a sauna and a steam room up there (for the winter maybe). We didn't have breakfast so can't comment on that. Value was pretty fair for the level of quality. Would definitely return."

Staff weren’t particularly enthusiastic, but they provided information when asked."

"SORRY but it was Not a Good Experience...Location was good for what i wanted..it was my 2nd choice..wish i had not excepted it..There was a kitchen..but breakfast was offered away from the hotel ? outside only..in the cold and not a great choice ? Why was no tea bags..coffee sachets and pack of biscuits not left for guests?? The BED WAS AWFUL.. I could feel the springs..I now have a bad back difficulty standing and sitting without Pain..Ruined a night at the Theater...I had pain while sitting.. 2nd night i slept on the duvet ...which was Dirty..i have photo's and as many towels etc i could find.. but was still an Awful night... we got bitten by something in the bed...we have photo's.... And today when trying to sort the problems out were left in limbo for couple of Hrs...which did not help as my partner who is Disabled needed food...we had None..could not leave as would have been blocked from going back to the room... Unfortunately they were very late taking Medication and is now suffering ... as i am with back Pain .. Hope something can get sorted.. but would NOT recommend this Hotel..... next question reads .. share your photo's.... should I...insect bite's...Dirty Linen ?? please advise ? I'm still waiting for someone from Trip-com. to call me and Help...over a day after i told them/you about the BED Problem ?"
