"I love this hotel. Firstly its super close to the airport, the bus takes not even 10mins to get here but more over the staff was so helpful on my trip. I traveled with a bicycle, they let me leave my bicycle case there for 10 days even though its not something they generally offer or do. then when I returned the reception lady suggested to give me a room on the ground floor so I can just bring my bike inside. It seems like a small thing but its something that shows awareness and willingness to help. That trip was amazing by itself but started and ended at this amazing hotel. Would always come back here."

"Great location, right in the centre of Malaga. Obviously with the hotel only open a week, everything was clean & new. Rooms spacious, comfortable, with all mod comms. Rooftop pool & bar area was lovely & well fitted out with seats tables & loungers. Service was slow but hopefully will improve with time & experience."

"For a 4 star hotel, it needs a lot of improvement. There were many flaws in the room. Room 337 had the toilet flush button stuck, the hotel heating was off, and they told us it was not possible to turn it on because it was in summer mode. I went on March 1st. It was the middle of winter. At breakfast on the first day, the scrambled eggs tasted bad. I called them and they had to remove them. Not leaving even a bottle of water in the room is also bad. And it's not because I didn't pay for it. The service was lacking in details. I wouldn't go back."

"The good memories of Malaga started when I arrived at this hotel. The staff kindly gave directions to the parking lot, and when there were many customers checking in, they served welcome drinks and kindly responded to customers in order. In addition, the condition of the room was also clean and good, so I felt very good! If you travel in Malaga again, it is definitely H10!"

"The hotel is in a great location, everything is within walking distance. If you don't feel like walking, you can take the bus. The only downside was that, in my opinion, the breakfast area was too small for all the hotel guests, and the breakfast selection was limited. Otherwise, the hotel was great, the staff was incredibly friendly, and the beds were comfortable."

"The hotel service is very good, and the staff speaks good English. The location gave me two big surprises. The hotel is close to the Picasso Museum, and the tickets for the day were sold out. I thought it was a punishment for the Picasso people, but when I passed by the museum on my way back to the hotel in the afternoon, I found that I could buy tickets to enter again. The second time was when I heard drums and music upstairs, and when I went downstairs, it was just the Holy Week procession, which was solemn and shocking. The only drawback is that the water pressure is very low, and the breakfast is a la carte system. The taste is good, but the ordering and serving are very slow."

"From the moment you walk into the hotel, it feels as though you've entered the Alhambra itself. The architecture of this Iberostar is truly stunning: Arabic-inspired, colorful, with high-quality materials. The reception area is nothing short of majestic, with marble tiles, flowing fountains, wooden ceilings, and other details that leave a lasting impression. I booked a side sea view room for my parents, and they were given probably the best possible one: located on the 5th floor at the far end of the hotel. The view was far beyond “partial”: they could admire the sea, lush gardens, outdoor pool, and all the hotel terraces all at once. As for me, I made two separate bookings for a three-night stay. Since the same room wasn’t available for all nights, I was upgraded to a superior apartment, an unexpected and much-appreciated gesture. We opted for half-board, and the food was outstanding in both quality and variety. From fresh seafood to superfoods like chia seeds, the buffet offered something for every taste. This hotel truly stands out among the 4* properties we've been to across Europe and the world. The outdoor pool is impressively large, with plenty of sunbeds available. The entire property was immaculately clean, and the green spaces were greatly maintained. Parking was hassle-free, with numerous free spots available both in front and along the sides of the hotel. Another plus: water fountains are placed throughout the hotel, allowing guests to enjoy cold water at any time. Just across the street, you'll find a variety of shops, making it easy to pick up anything you need. Lastly, a mention to the entire hotel staff - from reception to restaurant service - who were consistently professional and kind."

"Environment: The location is very good, just in the center of Malaga, the hotel is separated from the road to the pedestrian street, five minutes walk to the subway station, there are many restaurants and cafes around, and the distance from various attractions is very close; Service: The attitude of the staff is also very good, the staff in charge of the night shift does not speak English, but after the translation, it can understand the meaning, and call on time at four o'clock to wake up.
