Environment: The environment is beautiful, with stunning views at every turn. Service: The service, from the front desk to the restaurant, was incredibly thoughtful. They helped with luggage and were especially attentive to our children.

Everything was amazing from start to end. Our host picked us up from the train station and took us directly to the accomodation. He waited while we got changed to quickly shuttle us to the pickup area for the bus to the Golden Summit. At the end of the day, he was waiting for us to shuttle us back to the hotel. The hotel’s location is spectacular and our room was beautiful with an amazing view of the mountains. We ate dinner at the hotel and the food was delicious. Breakfast, likewise, was really tasty. The staff really made us feel comfortable and were available to answer questions and provide suggestions at any time. Felt like a very luxurious stay.

Fantastic! The breakfast was delicious, and getting around was super convenient. The service was excellent too, especially Xiao Fu who helped me during my stay. They were so attentive, checking in on my needs every day. I had a mountain view room and it was absolutely beautiful, especially the floor-to-ceiling windows at night. Just a heads up, be careful of the monkeys when hiking up the mountain – do NOT carry any bags or food, as you might get scratched. Even though the scenic area covers the vaccine cost, it's still a hassle. Other than that, the accommodation was truly impeccable, absolutely wonderful!

The location is convenient, which is a huge plus when arranging travel for parents in their 60s, saving them a lot of energy. The service was exceptional—the staff were attentive, polite, and took great care of them throughout their stay. The facilities were well-maintained, and they really enjoyed the food as well. Chose Hongzhushan Hotel for a weekend getaway and it completely exceeded my expectations! The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. The hotel grounds are elegant and clean, with mountains and a lake where mist often hovers, creating a fantastic atmosphere for photos. The room was tidy and comfortable, and the facilities were well-maintained, ensuring a peaceful and pleasant stay. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of delicious local dishes, which was very satisfying. The staff were warm, patient, and very friendly. The in-room hot spring experience was superb; soaking in it during leisure time was wonderfully relaxing and rejuvenating. Plus, there were thoughtful extra services available every day, showing great attention to detail and sincerity. Overall, the stay was excellent and offered incredible value for money. It's my top choice for accommodation when traveling, and I highly recommend it!

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

Second, the breakfast was abundant, the best I've had among all the hotels during my trip to Sichuan. After hiking Emei Mountain, a soak in the evening ensured a good night's sleep and significantly reduced leg soreness. It was excellent. Highly recommended.

Our stay at Wyndham Grand Emei was absolutely perfect for our Emei Mountain vacation. The hotel is situated right by the Emei River, and the water is crystal clear. The courtyard design creates a wonderful atmosphere. Our room was spacious and featured smart controls. It's very close to the Emei Mountain scenic area entrance, making hiking incredibly convenient. The butler service was attentive throughout our stay, and they were quick to respond to any requests. The breakfast selection was quite extensive. In our free time, we enjoyed walking and fishing along the river – it’s a quiet and relaxing escape from the city noise. It's a great spot for families and couples, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting Emei Mountain.
