MM2ek7m4k0****The hotel service was excellent! Breakfast was included, and they proactively offered airport/station pick-up and drop-off services. When we checked in, the front desk staff went out of their way to suggest various travel strategies for Mount Emei. The driver, who might have been the owner, even chatted with us about Mount Emei's culture, Buddhist culture, and other tourism resources in Sichuan, which was very interesting. There's also a lovely, chubby cat named Coco at the guesthouse who is incredibly friendly. She purrs as soon as you pet her and even meows gently outside your door, knowing which room you're in, and loves to cuddle and roll around. Overall, the entire trip felt very thoughtful and personalized.

They give incredibly detailed information if you just ask! Prices are exceptionally friendly! One visit to Mount Emei and you'll fall in love with this city! Le Méridien Hotel is an even more worthwhile choice! Whatever your needs, the hotel manager and the front desk staff will accommodate them! A special shout-out to the female duty manager and the handsome guys at the front desk! The hotel also offers hot springs (both indoor and outdoor)! Hugely recommended! The building itself is stunning, with beautiful heritage-style architecture, but what really stood out was the service. From the hotel driver to the reception team and room service, every member of staff was genuinely attentive and welcoming. One highlight was the hot spring pool. I was lucky enough to have it all to myself, and it was absolutely perfect—so relaxing after a tough hike and it left me feeling completely rejuvenated. On top of that, the snack combo was a real bargain and added extra value to my stay. If you’re looking for a place that combines comfort, great service, and authentic charm, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s the perfect choice to unwind and enjoy an amazing stay after exploring Emei Shan.

Because I took the high-speed train late, he helped me postpone my check-out until 2 o'clock. I think about the customer, like it! HHannauroraStaying at PureCloud was a really good experience. The staff were warm and welcoming. The hotel also provided a pickup and drop-off service. When we arrived at the hotel, the staff were kind and helpful, even recommending and arranging visits to several places for us. The hotel's restaurant also served delicious meals, which were quite spicy, but they could adjust the spice level to our preference, so don't worry—just ask the chef. Overall, everyone here was really helpful, and I highly recommend this place to others.

GGuest UserWhat an amazing stay. First time in Emei and while this isn't a walkable hotel, the hotel staff took such good care of me. They helped organize taxis, tea farm visit, rides to the bus station to get to the summit and Qingyin Pavilion, food everyday for breakfast and dinner (I'm celiac and they were able to serve me food every day twice a day that never made me sick, very impressed). The hot springs in the room stayed perfect temperature all the time and were a great nourishment after long day to the summit or hikes. They even did a tea service for us when asked about tea. Well worth the cost and then some. Make sure to get WeChat so that you can message them, that's where all the coordination and help happened the easiest (since I don't speak Chinese).

XxiaojingWe booked this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu to see the pandas and to Emei Mountain for the monkeys. It was a fantastic choice! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean. There's a convenient shuttle service that takes you between the lobby and the rooms. We even received complimentary milk tea and welcome fruits upon check-in. Our kids absolutely loved the loft room – it had cute panda and elephant stuffed animals, and having two bathrooms was incredibly practical. We got lucky on our Emei Mountain visit; it was raining on the way, but cleared up when we reached the summit, and we saw tons of monkeys, which made the children ecstatic! The hotel is also very close to the city center, making dining super easy.

The family room had spacious beds (both the large and small ones), and the room itself was very clean. The river view rooms boast fantastic scenery, and the third floor also offers beautiful night views. Its excellent location meant my parents could easily take leisurely strolls along the river in both the morning and evening.

There are so many hot springs, and the ones suitable for kids include a wave pool, a bubble party, and a waterslide pool – my children absolutely loved it. Our room was upgraded, and it had a balcony with a garden view. The butler service was incredibly thoughtful; Ms. Wang even prepared a souvenir for my child. We'll definitely be back!
