The courtyard is spacious and elegant, featuring a small tea garden that adds to the interactive experience. There’s also a photogenic cafe and tea space where you can enjoy tea, take photos, or simply relax. The food is delicious, and the overall atmosphere is quiet and serene, making it perfect for family vacations or gatherings with friends. I'm already planning to bring my team here for our next team-building retreat!

The overall experience was absolutely incredible. Stepping into the hotel felt like entering an Aman-style sanctuary, where time itself seemed to slow down. There were so many touching moments that online pictures simply couldn't convey; you truly need to experience it firsthand. The one-on-one butler service was incredibly thoughtful and attentive, with every detail meticulously handled. Experiences like incense burning, sound bathing, and tea ceremonies were brought directly to my room, offering a wonderful sense of ritual and allowing for complete relaxation. The Michelin-starred meal was exquisite and refined, with reassuringly fresh ingredients and delicious flavors. The mountain weather was comfortably pleasant, and the bedding quality was excellent. Drifting off to sleep with the soothing white noise of the flowing creek outside made for an exceptionally peaceful and restorative night's rest. This was a truly rare and healing mountain retreat, perfect for anyone looking to unwind and rejuvenate. It's definitely worth another visit.

A summer trip to Emei Mountain was made even better by this hot spring resort's ”Summer Adventure” experience – a perfect choice for families with kids! The moment you step into the hotel, you're captivated by its forest-like environment – ​​the windows offer panoramic views of rolling green hills, and every breath is filled with the fresh scent of nature. Just a 10-minute walk from the scenic area entrance, you can easily return to the hotel for a relaxing soak in the cool spring pools after exploring the area with your kids, offering privacy and convenience. The biggest surprise was coinciding with the ”Summer Adventure” event! Saturday's hot spring fun was a paradise for the kids: water battles with splashing water, kayaking races for the whole family, and a ”South-to-North Water Diversion” game testing teamwork – the children were soaking wet from head to toe, yet still clamoring for ”one more round!” The butler service was impeccable: they proactively contacted us during booking, sending scenic area guides via WeChat; upon check-in, they provided children's slippers and mosquito repellent patches; and upon check-out, simply leave your room key in the room – completely freeing up your hands. The room has its own private hot spring bath. My skin felt so smooth after soaking in it. The butler told me that the hot spring water is radon from 3,000 meters underground, rich in 24 kinds of minerals. Even my fatigue was washed away.

Came here on a friend's recommendation, and it absolutely lived up to the hype! First off, all the staff were incredibly friendly and made us feel so welcome, especially D., our concierge. She was so thoughtful, checking in beforehand about our stay. When she found out my child was celebrating a birthday soon, she even decorated the room and gifted a small cake! My child was overjoyed and wants to come back again 😊. The hotel offers a variety of activities for kids from morning to night, plus a pool and hot spring. You can also feed koi and see swans, making it perfect for a family trip. The room was well-equipped, clean, and tidy, with smart voice control – a really nice touch. The only small issue was mosquitoes at night. Just remember to turn on the mosquito repellent before bed to avoid being woken up by them!

The hotel offers a pickup service from the high-speed train station, and its location is convenient, close to the food street. The rooms are clean, and both the owner and the front desk staff are very nice. I would definitely stay here again! The only minor issue was that the shower temperature was a bit hard to control.

I stayed here a few years ago when it was newly opened. The facilities and equipment were all very new. We were pleasantly surprised when the TV turned on and our names appeared on the screen as soon as we entered. I have a few complaints this time: 1. They didn't ask if we wanted a non-smoking floor. 2. There were hairs on the towels in the room. 3. The slippers were torn (which was unacceptable). However, the breakfast was okay and quite rich.

Very conveniently located close to the bus station to go up Mount Emei. The room was clean, large enough and had all required amenities. Staff was really friendly and helpful. Hot springs are nice to relax. Breakfast was outstanding.

The location is great, there are many foods around, and it is convenient to travel. The room is clean and tidy, the facilities are complete ～ The view of the terrace is beautiful, the wind is too pleasant at night, the price is super high, I don't want to leave after staying! The homestay completely exceeded expectations! As soon as I entered the door, I was surrounded by a warm atmosphere, smart home was super convenient, and there were cute small ornaments, full of details. The driver arrived on time and even took a detour to buy us our first milk tea of ​​autumn. Upon arrival, Dyan at the front desk quickly checked us in, and the pasta we ordered in advance was delivered to our room early. The afternoon tea was exquisite and generously portioned, and the Chinese kimchi was especially delicious. The restaurant even packed some cabbage kimchi to go – a thoughtful touch. Overall, a fantastic experience! I highly recommend it to anyone wanting to relax in Mount Emei. I'll definitely come back next time.
