"Fantastic location, right within the scenic area! They even have a shuttle bus service. You're just 200 meters away from catching the sightseeing bus to the Grand Buddha. The room was clean with a good wet/dry separation in the bathroom. It's a bit small, but for this price, you can't really complain! Breakfast was included, and the front desk staff were incredibly friendly. Overall, a great experience, I'd definitely come back!"

"I chose this highly-rated hotel for a relaxing few days in Leshan over the Qingming holiday. It's super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Leshan Station. Everything from check-in to check-out was excellent. The front desk staff were really enthusiastic; they even added me on WeChat and sent tons of great travel and food recommendations. The room's garden is built on a large terrace, and the small courtyard is so peaceful and comfortable. The room itself was clean, tidy, and very smart-tech enabled. My entire stay in Leshan was incredibly comfortable, filled with beautiful sights and delicious food. Everyone I met was so gentle and laid-back. I hear the airport is opening soon, so I'll definitely be back for more relaxing getaways!"

"I stayed at this hotel in late January. I didn't pay attention to the details when I booked, but there was road construction directly in front of the main entrance, making it inaccessible to vehicles. I had to take a taxi to a residential area near the back of the hotel. I was quite disoriented when I got out of the car and had to search a bit before finding the main entrance. My first impression was a bit disappointing; the surroundings didn't seem very good. Some rooms faced the residential area. However, the front desk staff, both the young man and young woman, were incredibly friendly. Their warm smiles made up for the initial disappointment. They even helped me switch to a room with a partial river view. On the second day, when I went out, I realized that this location would be excellent if not for the road construction. It offers river views, and a snack street with many well-known eateries is just a 10-minute walk away. It's incredibly convenient for exploring and dining. If the road construction is finished, a stroll along the river would be quite pleasant. The picture shows the view outside the hotel's main entrance."

"This hotel boasts a great location, close to two of Leshan's famous food streets. There's a bus stop right outside, and if you turn right from the hotel and cross one traffic light, you'll find a plethora of delicious food options. Think Xu Po Po's Bobo Chicken and Mianmianbing (shaved ice), or Haihui's Shaomai – you'll have to try them yourself to truly appreciate them. The hotel's facilities are generally good, though the shower in the bathroom doesn't have a door, so water tends to flow out into the main area. The front desk staff was lovely; they proactively upgraded our room for free, which made our stay even more comfortable. The hotel also offers complimentary three meals a day, free bottled water, and the bathroom even thoughtfully provides toilet seat covers, toiletries, and disposable slippers. There's an underground parking garage, it's not huge, but during the off-season, parking is easy. The two security guards were incredibly dedicated and responsible, not only guiding us to a parking spot but also helping with directions and even placing traffic cones after we parked to prevent any damage to our vehicle. All in all, it's a pretty good hotel."

The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the amenities were quite smart. The service was exceptional; they even sent us recommendations for food and attractions beforehand! There are also plenty of great local eateries right next door, like Yingzi's Fried Skewers and Grandma Ju's Shaved Ice, which were both exceptionally delicious. We received complimentary welcome fruit upon check-in, which was a thoughtful and warm touch. The rooms are relatively new, well-equipped, and impeccably clean. The beds were incredibly comfortable, and our whole family slept soundly during our two-night stay. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and attentive. They even kindly offered our family of three a complimentary breakfast, which was quite good. Although the hotel's parking lot was full when we arrived, and we had to park at Wanda Plaza, the hotel graciously reimbursed us for the parking fee. "I brought my family to Leshan this time and spent a long time searching on various platforms before finally settling on a room type that looked quite satisfying. This hotel had high ratings online, so I booked a room. When we arrived, I found the lobby environment to be just okay, but once we got upstairs, I realized I hadn't made a wrong choice. The location is also excellent, with a food street right downstairs, making it very convenient for meals. The room itself is very spacious, and it even has a large soaking tub, which was wonderfully relaxing. In person, the room is even more beautiful than the pictures online, and the hygiene was impeccable. I'm very satisfied!"

MM2ek7m4k0****The hotel service was excellent! Breakfast was included, and they proactively offered airport/station pick-up and drop-off services. When we checked in, the front desk staff went out of their way to suggest various travel strategies for Mount Emei. The driver, who might have been the owner, even chatted with us about Mount Emei's culture, Buddhist culture, and other tourism resources in Sichuan, which was very interesting. There's also a lovely, chubby cat named Coco at the guesthouse who is incredibly friendly. She purrs as soon as you pet her and even meows gently outside your door, knowing which room you're in, and loves to cuddle and roll around. Overall, the entire trip felt very thoughtful and personalized.

AAnonymous UserVery zen looking hotel very near the entrance to the Big Buddha Scenic Area. We were upgraded to a room at the first level with a huge courtyard. Though nice, we did not have the time to enjoy the extra space. Both the shower and toilet doors are of translucent glass and has no lock. 4 bottles of drinking water and 3in1 coffee are provided in the room. There's a small washing machine in the room but without full dryer function. Hotel compound is nice. Complimentary afternoon tea is actually self service biscuits, nuts and Chinese tea. There is also a free 3gb e-sim which we did not use. Free Hanfu experience is actually a few pieces of traditional clothings hung at the hotel reception where we are free to wear for self photo takings. We did not try as the costumes look like they were there for a long time and we were concerned about it's cleanliness. Breakfast is at another hotel a buggy ride away. We were supposed to be able to walk a short distance to the pier to board the ferry to see the Leshan Big Buddha but unfortunately, that pier was closed due to tide issues. We had to take the scenic bus (buggy) at RMB 15 per pax for a return trip to Wuyou ferry terminal to board the ferry. It was a long walk from the drop off point to the ferry terminal both ways. Would recommend this hotel for the room and hotel compound. However, if proximity to ferry terminal is a consideration, it pays to check that the pier near the hotel is in operation.

RryzhangWhen visiting Emei Mountain, my top choice has to be The Le Méridien right next to Baoguo Temple. As an international chain, their service is professional and impeccable. Before check-in, Xiao Hui from the concierge team confirmed our itinerary, arranged for high-speed rail station pickup, upgraded our room, and even provided an extra breakfast for our child. The service truly was faultless. The hotel's breakfast also offered a wide variety of delicious options. For dinner, the hotel is conveniently located right next to Ma Lu Qiao Food Street, where there are plenty of local restaurants to choose from. In terms of transportation, it's about 800 meters, or a 10-minute walk, to the Baoguo Temple stop at the tourist center. Overall, the hotel left a wonderful impression on me, and I look forward to another opportunity to visit Emei Mountain and stay here again.

From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the professional and welcoming staff, setting the tone for a perfect visit. Due to some logistics, the hotel generously offered us a free room upgrade. The room itself was exceptionally good—spacious, modern, and spotlessly clean. The entire property is stunning, featuring beautiful ancient Chinese architecture that provides a charming, rustic feel while still offering all the comforts you could need. The service was a highlight of our trip. Every staff member we encountered was incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast, especially the delicious noodles which were a perfect start to our day. To top off the amazing service, the hotel arranged for someone to see us back to the Emeishan railway station and even kindly paid for our fare. This level of care and generosity is rare to find. We will definitely be coming back for another visit and highly recommend this gem to anyone traveling to the area!

Upon entering my room, I was immediately impressed by its spotless condition and the attention to detail. The linens and bed were of high quality, and the inclusion of every modern appliance and amenity ensured a comfortable stay. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist me in arranging my day, ensuring I didn't miss out on any attractions. The hotel's location is excellent, with only a 15-minute taxi ride to the Leshan Scenic area and a short three-minute walk to the ancient snack street. The proximity to delicious local snacks and restaurants made dining options easily accessible. Being situated along the riverfront was a real treat, as I could take leisurely strolls by the water in the mornings, with the magnificent Giant Buddha visible in the distance. While it would have been nice if the hotel served breakfast, the abundance of snack options just minutes away compensated for it. I highly recommend Jishe Hotel to anyone visiting Leshan, whether they are friends, couples, solo travelers, or on a business trip. XxiaojingWe booked this hotel for our family trip to Chengdu to see the pandas and to Emei Mountain for the monkeys. It was a fantastic choice! The rooms are large, modern, and very clean. There's a convenient shuttle service that takes you between the lobby and the rooms. We even received complimentary milk tea and welcome fruits upon check-in. Our kids absolutely loved the loft room – it had cute panda and elephant stuffed animals, and having two bathrooms was incredibly practical. We got lucky on our Emei Mountain visit; it was raining on the way, but cleared up when we reached the summit, and we saw tons of monkeys, which made the children ecstatic! The hotel is also very close to the city center, making dining super easy.

XXiaofeilongThe location is excellent, just a stone's throw away from the food street. Although the room was small, it was well-equipped and clean, and the hot water temperature and pressure were both excellent. The main drawbacks are the lack of an elevator and a slightly confusing internal layout. The staircases connecting the 1st to 2nd floor, and then from the 2nd to the 3rd-5th floors, are not continuous; you have to walk across the entire second floor to reach the next flight. This makes it particularly challenging for guests with heavy luggage. Additionally, the inn doesn't have its own parking, so guests need to find nearby parking, but they do reimburse parking fees.
