The room was clean. Parking is free. Swimming pool until 22 o'clock, there is a hot pool, there is a slide. Free coffee is provided in the hotel lobby in the morning. There are fast food restaurants such as Tims, A&W at the entrance of the hotel. There are IKEA, costco, outlets nearby. Convenient and clean hotel

The location is not far from the city center, it is very convenient to go, the hotel facilities are very complete, the gym, the swimming pool are all, the room is big enough, there is a refrigerator, microwave oven, stronger than the hotel, parking is free, there is free breakfast, sausage, fried Eggs, bacon, bread, snacks, drinks, coffee, very good! There are many award-winning medals in the hall, and the service attitude is also very good. The key point is that the price is also cheap, highly recommended!

Our experience is bad because we couldn't sleep well because there were lot of people drinking and talking in the hallways, one big problem is that theres no microwave in the room, the breakfast was worst but not the food the food was really good its just that its not organized and it was kinda messy since there was too many guests they couldn't accommodate very well and the keycard was not working anymore even though it was still 11:30am.

Very satisfied because of the service. I have stayed in some hotels in Canada, including several five-star Fairmont, and by contrast, this service is really comfortable. This location is also very good, to the beach down the mountain, seven or eight minutes, to the castle mountain is five minutes, less than ten minutes from the public garden. Breakfast is weak and the variety is small. Next time you come to Hafa, you may consider choosing this one again.

The location is OK, it is quite convenient to go out and turn around, but not by the sea, the parking lot on the roadside is quite convenient. This hotel is a bit like a hotel apartment with a microwave in the room and a small hall

We had a very bad experience with this hotel. When we arrived we asked the staff at front desk about car parking and we were told that there was no parking space and we had to go looking for an off street parking ourselves. We had a long time driving and this was the first time to Halifax and everything was new to us. How could we handle this issue? However, the staff seemed it was not a big issue and even not willing to give any more details about off street parking. I couldn't believe this thing happen at such a luxury hotel. We really don't recommend this hotel and will never come back again. Our experience at this hotel was terrible. When arriving to check in, we asked the receptionist at the front desk about parking and we were told there was not enough parking and we needed to find a street parking spot ourselves. We were exhausted from the long drive that day, and it was our first time in Halifax and was completely unfamiliar with everything here. How do we deal with this? However, the staff didn't seem to think it was a big deal, didn't express a single bit of apology, or even bothered to explain more details about on-street parking. We've stayed in many different hotels and we've never had this happen, I can't believe it could happen in such a luxury hotel. There are so many brand hotels in Halifax, why should I book your hotel, is it cheaper? We really do not recommend this hotel and will never come again.

Only after checking in did we realize that most of the hotel rooms were under renovation. There was a strong smell of paint, and we barely saw any other guests during our stay. It didn't feel like we were in a hotel, yet the price wasn't cheap. The heating in the room was also problematic; it felt even colder when on, like cold air was blowing, which made us all catch colds. The front desk staff were very helpful though, providing extra blankets for each of us. Due to the renovations, we couldn't enjoy any of the hotel's facilities. On the bright side, the hotel is very close to the beach, and the views there are fantastic.

Facilities: Plenty of facilities, including a swimming pool and elevator; overall, it's a fairly standard Hilton hotel. Environment: The environment is excellent. The hotel is comfortable and tidy. Towels aren't very dirty, except for the floor, which is a little dirty. The bedding doesn't show much dust and is quite neat. There are plenty of pillows, and even the TVs have your name on them with a welcome message. The soundproofing is excellent; you can barely hear people shouting outside. The rooms are very large and beautiful, as is the bathroom. It's also very close to the hotel. Service: The service is superb. We arrived early with our luggage because I wanted to go to Halifax for a while longer, and the front desk helped us store our luggage and gave us some tickets. The staff at the front desk were very polite and helpful. Cleanliness: Excellent.

I was skeptical when I booked this hotel, but was wowed when I checked in. The guy at the front desk (Ryan) was super helpful, patient, and full of smiles. The hotel was super clean starting from the lobby to our room. Our room was spacious and I love everything about the room - clean, comfy bed with extra pillows, clean bathroom. The breakfast had lots of options that suited everyone from cereal to oat, toast, pancake, muffins, yummy cinnamon roll, pork sausage, turkey sausage, and cheese omelet. As a non-pork eater, I love the fact that they had the turkey sausage option. The checkout was seamless. I recommend this hotel.
