******* has not updated their website to reflect a pool closure until Feb 29. We were not aware until we arrived to check in. It was too late with 3 children to find a different hotel.

We love this hotel, we travel with our pets, it is clean, comfortable, great heating and AC. Close to everything. staff is friendly. They ensure the room is unscented for me. This time the pool was closed for repair.

The pool closure was not well advertised when booking on the ******* site.
Staff calling to confirm my check in time was inconvenient and I am not sure why I had to confirm what time I would be at the hotel.
Buffet was fantastic.
Three towels and wash cloths for 4 guests did not make sense

Our stay was peaceful and relaxing. The beds were comfortable and we enjoyed our stay. There needs to be staff training on cleanliness. Coffee and tea urns need to be replaced and creamer carafes need to be cleaned more regularly. Furniture in our room needed to be wiped down, as well as baseboards, doors and sink. The sink needed to be cleaned around the drain and tap area.

The beds where very uncomfortable, the ventilation was poor as per all the condensation on the windows. Very loud with hockey kids running around knocking on doors and running away and their parents not correcting them even after being asked to.

The location is fantastic. Wonderful pool and waterslide- great for kids.
Adding hot chocolate packets to your 24/7 coffee bar would be a nice treat for kids.

This is our go to place when we need to get away from a night or two. Kids love the pool, free breakfast and it is close to everything. The staff are lovely and always helpful but not in your face. We love this it!
