GGuest UserI stayed at Chateau Bedford, Trademark Collection by Wyndham from April 19–20, 2025, for a family trip to Halifax. Overall, it was a pleasant experience. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially when we needed extra towels, toiletries, and coffee refills, which were initially insufficient in the room.
The hotel facilities were generally good, but the TV casting function did not work properly during our stay. Also, the breakfast could offer a bit more variety, and unfortunately, the hot cake machine was out of order, which was a disappointment for my kids.
That said, the service team was responsive, and we appreciated their support throughout our stay. With a few improvements, the experience could be even better.

KKuierdoudouThe room was clean. Parking is free. Swimming pool until 22 o'clock, there is a hot pool, there is a slide. Free coffee is provided in the hotel lobby in the morning. There are fast food restaurants such as Tims, A&W at the entrance of the hotel. There are IKEA, costco, outlets nearby. Convenient and clean hotel

EEunice Gale DorongonCheckin was smooth, staff are nice and very accommodating, only thing is we were checked in a room where there are tick bugs. It was so horrifying, we checked in with our toddler as well. They were able to tranfer us to a different room, everyone was prompt to action this. But i dont think im gonna stay again at this hotel next time

NNeet singhEverything was good and clean. i really like the room and living area but thing which disappointed me which was water bottle service. They told us we only get 2 bottle water for 1 day each for 2 people. Only 2 water bottle is not enough. Other than that, everything was wonderful

张张The location is OK, it is quite convenient to go out and turn around, but not by the sea, the parking lot on the roadside is quite convenient. This hotel is a bit like a hotel apartment with a microwave in the room and a small hall

XXiaoxiaoxiaobuerqiaoyaConvenient location, parking spaces, extra charges. Breakfast is very rich, family room is fully equipped, stove, bowl, knife and fork, wine cup, coffee cup. The room was clean, the mirror was large and the lights were bright. There are many bars downstairs and many weekend activities. Recommended recommendation, will stay again next time you come to Hafa.

YYuexinThe location is perfect. Super close to the airport and the hotel provide free shuttle bus service every 30 minutes. The room is clean and big.
