Amazing
SSam 龙The hotel is clean and location is convenient if you are driving. It provide free indoor parking. There are not a lot of restaurant around this hotel. The bed is comfortable but the wash basin and WC is modern but not well designed (please refer to the photos). There is no back splash for the basin and the WC is not fully enclosed with air ventilation. The bath towels is a bit worn.

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Shanghai-La Mactan Cebu for a week. The resort is absolutely gorgeous with incredible employees- everyone is helpful and courteous. The resort has multiple daily activities including snorkeling which were great. We tried most of the restaurants and they were great! Acqua which was Italian was tasty ; Buko Bar was also yummy! Highly recommended for a relaxing hotel with good pools and calm environment.

CCabrina TorbesoWe had such a wonderful stay at the resort! The staff were very accommodating and made sure we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The food was delicious and well-prepared, truly one of the highlights of our visit. What we loved the most was the privacy—it felt like we had the whole place to ourselves, making it a very relaxing and exclusive experience. We’ll definitely recommend this resort to our family and friends and would love to come back again.

GGuest UserGreat hotel with a lovely beach, a nice bar, an excellent pool area, and very good food in the restaurant. The buffet breakfast is also excellent and caters well for all tastes.
The only areas for improvement would be introducing QR code ordering for refreshments on the beach, rather than having to look around for service staff, and improving the check in and check out process, as these areas were frequently crowded.
Overall, it was a great stay and I would be happy to return.

BBradyBeeKandaya resort is definitely very beautiful and clean. It offers many activities from ARV, horseback rides, archery, island hopping and many more. The breakfast is delicious and has a variety of, especially Philippine cuisine. The kayaking was our personal favorite. It’s just a long drive away from Cebu city. However, should we find ourselves that side of the world again, we will choose this resort anytime. Lastly, the room was so stylish and modern..it was just amazing. Bed is super comfortable.

GGuest UserThere is a range of facilities that you can enjoy. Some are free some are paid. There are activities scheduled everyday. Everywhere in the resort there is an activity that you can enjoy. The resort is clean and quiet(You can really relax). Staffs are polite and well trained. Food is just average. Very good spa services. Highly recommend this place. Overall this is a good value place for money. For a resort, prices are very reasonable.

AAnonymous UserFirst of all i would like to say thank you to all the staff especially to Francis the manager at the Bar and the receptionist girl name Ruth she is very pleasant i really appreciate the helpfulness, and also the treatment they gave us it was a delightful experienced i worked in a service industry too and this is really important to have those excellent service in order to sustain the business, whoever is the owner of this hotel please do appreciate the hard-work of Francis the manager at the bar and Ruth im really glad of what he did for us during our stay, the staff are well trained, and overall the room is huge, and clean the amenities are great:)
