Guest UserThe hotel service was excellent, especially the butler who was very responsive, thoughtful, and had a great attitude. The overall scenery of the hotel is also beautiful, and it's very convenient for getting around. There's a path inside the hotel that follows the river all the way to Entuli, which is very pleasant. The only thing that could be improved is the breakfast; the variety is too limited, and the taste is just average. However, the main meals served at the hotel are delicious. You can order food anytime throughout the day, which is a huge plus!

Guest UserThis long-awaited trip to Changbai Mountain in winter had been on my mind for years, and this year I finally made it happen. While planning at home, I stumbled upon this hotel. Initially, I was a bit hesitant, wondering if such a large villa would have cleanliness issues, especially since I'm really sensitive to cold. But when I arrived at the hotel, the front desk staff were incredibly warm and welcoming. Someone helped me with my luggage as soon as I entered, brought me hot water, and gave me tons of tips for exploring, even helping me take some beautiful photos. What else are girls traveling for, if not for great pictures? Haha. Once I got to the room, the place was genuinely stunning. I loved the decor in every single room. It completely solved my fear of the cold during this deep winter. Every corner of the room was beautifully arranged and super clean – I felt like I could take over a hundred photos just in the room. In the afternoon, basking in the sun next to the large floor-to-ceiling windows, looking out at the snowscape, was just incredible. During this visit, I also happened to meet the hotel's general manager, who was a really nice person, with that unique warmth and humor characteristic of Northeasterners. As a 'southern potato' (a playful term for someone from the south), standing in front of him made me feel like a happy little figurine! I wholeheartedly recommend this place.

Guest UserFive-star review! Jianshuihe Hot Spring Hotel is absolutely worth staying at. The hot spring water quality is excellent, and the rooms are clean and spacious. The private hot spring design is a huge plus. The service is warm and attentive, and the breakfast is abundant. Right outside, you'll find the beautiful '美人松' (a type of pine tree, likely a local landmark), and transportation to all the Changbai Mountain attractions is convenient. Soaking in the hot springs after hiking is incredibly relaxing – it's definitely my top choice for accommodation, highly recommended!

Pleasantly surprised! I never expected to find a hotel with such excellent design in the North. It really exceeded my expectations. Here's a hidden gem for photos: check out the corridor in their hot spring changing room – it's incredibly futuristic. Remember the lab corridor where the female protagonist wakes up in Resident Evil? It's just like that!

Guest UserThe room design is quite impractical. It's located directly above the hotel entrance, where people constantly pass by. Although the large floor-to-ceiling window offers a great view, if you open the curtains, you can easily be seen by those below. To make matters worse, the automatic curtains only fully open or fully close; there's no option to halfway pull them. So, you either have to not mind being seen or sacrifice the view.
There's no refrigerator in the room. The small lamps had dust on them, and the bathroom lacked ventilation. The room type itself also doesn't allow for much ventilation.
On the positive side, the view was indeed very good, and the service attitude was nice.
