4-Star Hotels in Da Nang

My husband and I stayed for three nights this time. When we mentioned it was our wedding anniversary trip, we were deeply touched to find swan and rose arrangements made from towels on the bed, and a cake on the table. The sink was also charmingly decorated with rose petals, so I tried to float them in the bath. However, even with the plug in, the bathtub wouldn't hold water, so I wish it could. Also, I couldn't figure out how to get hot water, so instructions on how to use it would be very helpful. Since we arrived at night during a heavy downpour, we didn't have the energy to go out for food. We were very grateful to receive free pho tickets that we could use during our stay, which we used for dinner. Not only was the pho delicious, but the breakfast also offered an overwhelming variety of tasty dishes. There was also a complimentary afternoon tea, and when we were waiting for a taxi in the lobby, they even brought us juice – I was incredibly impressed by the comprehensive service. Since it rained a lot during our stay, having a dehumidifier in the room was a great help as we could dry our wet shoes and sandals. The location was also excellent, within easy walking distance to the beach. And all the staff were incredibly kind, asking us daily if we needed anything and suggesting activities for rainy days. Celine, one of the staff members, was particularly kind and even came outside to see us off during checkout, which made me very happy. This is the first time I've stayed at a hotel with such exceptional service and hospitality. I definitely want to stay here again the next time I visit Da Nang.

We had a mixed experience at this hotel. The staff were consistently attentive and friendly, and the room was spacious and very clean, which we really appreciated. The hotel's proximity to the beach is also a big plus, even though it's not a private beach area. However, breakfast definitely needs significant improvement. There wasn't much variety, and the coffee machine was out of order for several days. What was particularly disappointing was that despite Phuc Long being known for good coffee, there was no good coffee available at the hotel itself – and certainly no authentic Vietnamese coffee. Furthermore, evening service was very limited; after 9:30 PM, there was nowhere in the entire hotel to get food or drinks. A daily nuisance was also the two extremely slow elevators, and to make matters worse, one of them was completely out of service on our last day. Overall, it's a hotel with a nice room, great location, and good staff, but there's noticeable room for improvement regarding the culinary offerings and infrastructure.

Staff, food, and beach were all wonderful. There is a sea wall straight out from the beach, which during low tide means there are almost no waves. During high tide there are more gentle waves. At first we were a little disappointed in this as we love the sound of the waves, but when we visited a beach further down, there was no swimming allowed as the waves were too severe. So I am glad we could go swimming any time. The beach is white sand, no garbage, no seaweed, just nice clean sandy beach. The room was nice, but the AC blows right on your head, which my wife does not appreciate. However it was too hot to not have it on, so she spent night with a pillow over her head :) The only real negative is the location. I imagine this used to be a happening area; it is no longer. There is a small shop just in front of the hotel which also does laundry and mediocre massage, so that is convenient. But there is little else in the area. We ended up taking a Grab everywhere. That being said, it was very quiet and peaceful, so it depends on what you are interested in. If you want a place to just set up and stay, the food was good, the beach is great, the staff is wonderful, and the beach was very quiet. Oh, and the spa was fantastic although a little pricey as all hotel spas are.

The ultimate aesthetic hotel in Da Nang city center! My honest review of Signature by M Village Heritage 🌿✨ This was the hotel I was most looking forward to on my trip to Da Nang, and it exceeded my expectations! I was curious to see how they remodeled a 100-year-old French-style building, and from the exterior to the interior decor, it completely charmed me. Every corner is a photo op! 👍 Excellent value for money! 👍👍 Being in the heart of Hai Chau city, it was super convenient to get to restaurants and cafes, and the staff were incredibly friendly, making my stay pleasant throughout. The only minor inconvenience was that, due to the building's age, there's no elevator, so you have to mind the stairs. However, the staff helped carry all our heavy luggage, so it wasn't a big deal! I wholeheartedly recommend this to anyone looking for a trendy and beautiful boutique hotel in the city center. I would 200% come back here on my next visit to Da Nang!

This hotel is relatively new, so the interior is modern. The staff are friendly and easy to communicate with. After checking out, I asked if I could store my luggage until 6 PM, and they happily accommodated my request. The location is excellent; you can walk to the beach. The room had a washing machine and even laundry detergent. There are also many restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. If I had to pick one minor issue, the air conditioner had a slight musty smell, but when I mentioned it, they said they would clean it that day, so I assume it's already resolved. I would definitely stay here again if I visit Da Nang in the future.

The hotel room is very noisy! The reason for this is the balcony sliding door design, which is the same in all the rooms in the hotel, so the problem is the design not the individual room. The sliding door cannot be closed tightly, and there is a gap which lets the noise come through. Because of the old-style door design, nothing can be done to close the gap. My room was facing the sea, and there is a road in front of the hotel, but the traffic noise was not the main concern. The local people arrange beach events near the hotel, with loud music blasting every evening, and it lasts until 23pm and weekends even later than that. The other matter is street vendors on motorcycles, having loudspeakers to promote the food they sell. The food vendors drove around slowly, and often stop right in front of the hotel, with loudspeakers blasting the food service advertising lines, repeating on and one. The noise is very sharp and loud, and it is very loud when in the room too. Basically, I could not sleep in the room until the nightly beach party was over, and food vendors went back home very late around or after midnight. I could not sleep even when using ear plugs.

Cosmos is a very good hotel in Da Nang. Excellent value for the price. Great service and clean. Ideal location near the beach and many restaurants. The only suggestion I could make is the breakfast could be better for western traveller like me.

Overall, The hotel offers a great combination of friendly service, a convenient location, and comfortable facilities. If you're looking for a relaxing beach vacation in Da Nang, this hotel could be a good option for you!

Spacious and beautiful room with large windows, letting in lots of light. The room also has a bathtub. The staff are pleasant and friendly, and there's a large pool on the rooftop. On the first floor, there's a gym with exercise equipment and mirrors. The second floor features a spa and sauna. The hotel is about a 5-minute walk from the sea and boasts a good location with shops and cafes nearby.

이 호텔의 장단점은 명확하다. 여기엔 단점을 먼저 적어본다. 처음 방에 들어선순간 지하실에서 나는 쿵쿵한 곰팡이냄세가 진동했다. 건물전체에서 이런 냄새가 나는데 구조적 문제같다. 벽사진을 보면 왜그런지 짐작할수있다. 이호텔의 유일한 단점은 바로 이것이다. 다른점은 시내에서 멀다는것인데 오토바이를 렌트하면 해결된다. 시내에서 대략 10분거리.
