I loved this excellent hotel. The sea is nearby, there are plenty of shops, and the staff is friendly and does a great job cleaning. It had everything I needed for three nights, and everything was perfect. There's an elevator.

We stayed here for four days and it was literally one of the highlights of our trip! 😭💗 The room was so clean and beautiful. They have all the basic amenities provided, so it’s easy for us who travelled light. It’s located near all of the famous tourist spots in Hoi An, so almost everything was of walking distance - everything was just perfect 🙌🏻💗 But the best part was actually the people! The owner and his family were really friendly and just so amazing. They gave us such a warm welcome, gave us recommendations for halal and vegan places to eat, and even gave us fruits from their trees! 💞💗 They also provide tours for small groups and pick-ups and drop-offs, if you need them 🙌🏻✨We had so many meaningful conversations with the owner, sometimes his wife, or his parents, while we were waiting for Grab or just wanted to hang out at the courtyard before we leave 💗💞 It was all-in-all truly an amazing stay - hoping to come back again in the future! 🙌🏻💖

The room isn't huge, but it's comfortable, beautiful, and has a great vacation vibe. The bathtub in the bathroom is super deep! Anyone under 150cm should be careful not to drown. Taller people or those with larger builds will probably love it. It's great for soaking and the water pressure is excellent. Breakfast was delicious, but the best part was their coffee – it's out of this world! Even though it's prepared by the staff, I suspect they've won barista championships. Seriously, every latte came out perfectly adorned. The juices were also incredibly tasty and freshly squeezed. Aside from the blackout curtains in the room not being very effective, everything else was fine. Though the natural light was actually quite pleasant. There's a 24-hour convenience store about 100 meters from the hotel where you can buy various things. - A quick tip: paying directly at the hotel was cheaper than booking online. - The only downside is the lack of accessible pathways. So, be prepared to do some lifting. There are about four steps between the hotel and the road. - The entire hotel only has four floors of guest rooms, with just three rooms per floor. The top floor has a pool, which is great for photos and has some jets for massages, but it's not really for swimming – though it's fine for kids to splash around.

Everything was good. The room was clean and the breakfasts were really tasty. The owner is incredibly enthusiastic and helpful, offering recommendations for tailors and cafes, and you can even book excursions through her. The only thing they could improve is to have a small note with house rules in each room. Apparently, the hotel door closes at night sometimes.

Quang Minh Riverside Hotel in Da Nang is one of the most convenient and value-for-money hotels I’ve stayed at within its price range. One of its biggest advantages is its excellent location. The hotel is within walking distance of the famous Dragon Bridge, making it easy to explore the city on foot. The road in front of the hotel is wide and accessible, which makes Grab pickups and drop-offs extremely convenient—especially when traveling with elderly family members or young children. Drivers can comfortably wait for a few moments without causing traffic congestion, something that many travelers will appreciate. The surrounding area is also filled with useful amenities. There is an excellent massage center located right next door, offering quality services at very reasonable prices. Just a minute’s walk from the hotel, you’ll find a fantastic laundry service that is both convenient and affordable. Restaurants, convenience stores, and other essential services are also within easy reach, making this hotel an excellent base for exploring Da Nang. For this stay, I booked the most affordable room category, so the room was understandably compact and cozy. Despite its size, the room was very clean, well-maintained, and comfortable. The bed provided a good night’s sleep, and although my room did not have a window, the ventilation remained surprisingly good. I also appreciate the hotel’s strict non-smoking policy, which significantly contributes to maintaining clean indoor air quality. The bathroom was clean, functional, and comfortably sized. Bath gel, shampoo, and hand wash were all provided. Water pressure was strong and consistent, while the water temperature remained stable throughout my stay. The shower head was clean and well-maintained, which is something I always pay close attention to. The room features marble flooring, which not only gives a premium feel but is also cooling underfoot and easy to keep clean. There is a spacious wardrobe with plenty of hangers, making it convenient for longer stays. The air-conditioning was powerful, keeping the room cool and comfortable even during warmer hours. Overall cleanliness throughout the room was excellent, including the flooring, which felt pleasant to walk on barefoot. Considering its strategic location, cleanliness, comfort, and accessibility, Quang Minh Riverside Hotel offers exceptional value for money. The staff were attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay, adding to the overall positive experience. If you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel in Da Nang with a great location and easy access to major attractions, Quang Minh Riverside Hotel is definitely worth considering. Highly recommended.

I previously wrote a review about this hotel. I stayed there three times during one trip. The room is small but quite cozy. Of course, it's not convenient to carry a suitcase down one floor since you arrive on the 7th floor and then have to take the stairs. There's a washing machine and dryer on the floor. Overall, I liked everything. On the terrace, there are only two not-so-comfortable loungers, and a table and chairs are really missing.

this place was very lovely and clean, especially for how cheap it was unfortunately during the heat we found it was impossible to walk to the old town or the beach, but we just got taxis which only cost about 50.000 dong so not a deal issue the only issue i had is that when we wanted to do laundry there was no one around at the reception desk, and the only contact number we'd been given if we needed anything was the number for that desk all in all, a very enjoyable stay, and we just had to do laundry somewhere else thanks to our hosts!!

Great location. But if you’re someone who plans to work on your laptop while on your stay, you might wanna skip. I have stayed in several different hotels in Da Nang and Vietnam in general. I have never seen such terrible WiFi in all my experience. I told them about it. Wasn’t fixed. You can’t even watch YouTube let alone get anything done. Apart from that, the hotel is within 3 to 5 minute walk to the beach, which is very convenient.

It's basically worth the price. It's not bad. It's convenient to eat at the door and there is a canteen. The wild woman on the street next door is more enthusiastic and barks. She often forgets to put the toothbrush and toilet paper. I still tip the cleaning staff.

Comfortable and beautiful furniture, designed like something but nice,clean and relaxing. Breakfast is delicious and various dishes including European and Asian cuisine. Interesting pictures / pieces of art kn thr walls even in the room picture with embroidery of the traditional Vietnamese way of life! Very interesting background to stay in this hotel.
