4-Star Hotels in Miami

Right in the center of Coconut Grove, convenient to everything. Bellini Restaurant is quite good, but not stellar. Housekeeping is the best I’ve ever encountered. However, on a Saturday, at noon, they booked a little-kids birthday party at the pool. What? Adults were trying to relax, enjoy the pool, etc., but we were surrounded by a herd of screaming kids. A big mistake. Again, otherwise, a delightful stay.

The location ís perfect to discover Miami downtown. Public trasportation is too near the hotel. Go to bayside market took me 30 minute by walking. I just hated the hotel services, the day check out, just 8am they knoked my room for asking check out time After that, around 10h30 am, they knocked my room again. What's the heck they did with customer. I migh they coul be gently.

The hotel's location was perfect, and the catering service was excellent. I also appreciated how quickly I could go between the pool and the main building, though the high number of people using it was a bit of a downside. I realized I should avoid using the pool during the times reserved for the hotel's main guests. If I don't use the pool during its rest hours, it seems more VIP guests will get to enjoy it. It always feels like more guests are using the pool when I'm not there. Everything else was perfect, and I want to express my respect and gratitude for the staff's kindness, cleanliness, and exemplary behavior. Seeing the staff work so diligently made me feel a little guilty, but also very pleased.

Great location if you are interested in the Wynwood Walls. Room was spacious, clean and well designed. Rooftop pool can be accessed until sunset....Great gym and has yoga classes (unfortunately did not get a chance to take advantage of it). Includes $15 credit to food and drinks per night (some exclusions). Pool table also available to guests in the lobby. Water and nespresso are also included.

The hotel is located on an island in the lake right across from the airport, with a free shuttle bus running every half hour between the hotel and the airport, which is quite convenient. However, precisely because of its proximity, the noise is excessive. Our room faced the airport runway and train tracks, and the frequent airplane takeoffs were very loud. The room facilities are quite old and poorly maintained; the furniture and carpet showed significant wear and tear. Service was inconsistent; some staff were friendly, while others were cold and rude. Efficiency and professionalism were also lacking. Upon check-in, the room had two bottles of shampoo but no body wash, and one bottle of drinking water had already been opened. I called the front desk twice, but no one came to replace them even by the time we checked out two days later.

The location is great, and the residence is well-equipped with everything you need. Since it was a long-term stay, the washing machine was also very useful. However, perhaps because we were so busy, there were some errors in basic matters like canceling double payments and providing towels.

The location is good and bad. It is near the government center transfer station and the shops near the old town close very early. It is very close to the cruise terminal.

The hotel's location is excellent, within walking distance to Bayfront Park and surrounded by many dining options. The free MetroMover station right across the street makes getting around incredibly convenient. The room itself was a bit small, with no chairs, no coffee maker, and no drinking water provided (bottled water can be bought at the nearby 7-Eleven). We booked a room with two twin beds, and they were quite small and also rather high off the ground.

Please do NOT take breakfast, limit options & taste bad. The cleaner din vacuum the floor & the bed is soft ,not suitable for people who has back problems. There is a shuttle bus from and to the airport but it is always late & passed me by. Gate 7

I wanted a hotel that would be close to airport in order to catch an early flight the next day and reasonably priced. I had just arrived back from cruise so I wouldn’t be able to check-in until 4pm. However, I explained my situation and they were able to accommodate me with an early check-in. However, there was an additional charge but I didn’t mind. Cruises arrived around 8 am so I was happy with getting a room to relax. Staff was very nice and professional. Front desk, bartenders and cleaning staff. I would definitely recommend this location.
