Its location is good and fancy. Perfect for single travelling. Rooms a little small.

The hotel is not big, the rooms are not big, and the swimming pool is not big, but it is convenient, with restaurants and shopping malls nearby and around it.

Very new hotel with modern decor. Very comfortable. The location of the hotel is in the heart of brickel with many restaurants and best places to visit. I liked everything.

Do not stay here if you are over 30 years old! This is a place for people who want to swipe into their hotel room with no concierge service. This is also a place for people who don’t mind that the local nightclubs will have dance music playing until 3 AM. Very small room if you like technology and you want to play with an iPad in your hotel room I recommend it.

Most hotels provide tea bags and a kettle with cups in the rooms.
I would greatly appreciate it if Citizen M Brickell starts doing that as a complimentary service to its guests.

Enjoyed my stay here. The room was clean and the hotel had great amenities. The check-in process was strange due to the fact you do it all yourself and there is no concierge to help assist.

rooms are extremely small - very European - staff is not very personable - and there is no parking - we had to park 1 mile away for a reasonable price.

This property was everything and more my wife and I travel a lot and stay amongst the luxurious and this was definitely it i recommend and will be back, from the bar in lobby to literally being 20 feet from sexy fish and geeks and moxies was great
