I have so much to say! Phenomenal hotel and serviceđ Jason one of the mgrs at the front desk went ABOVE and beyond from check-in, to me losing my eyeglasses, to spoiling me with amenities and check-out. There was a young woman hate I forgot her name but she was awesome. The gentleman from security who reviewed video footage, thank you! I was suppose to be at the Courtyard 15 mins east but happen to be driving around and just stopped in...canceled the other room and stayed here. New designed rooms was chic, lobby is amazing, Starbucks bevs onsite and restaurants. Keep it up and I will be back!!! One hiccup the lady that greeted me when I first walked in at the Hilton Honors counter needs to show better customer service skills. I always ask to see a room before check in and Iâve been an Honors member for 14yrs. She insisted âwe donât do that!â. Not sure what she thought I was attempting to do as I would left my passport or what have you but she was not kind! Short small frame woman with glasses and dark hair. I purposely avoided her the remainder of my stay. Once she verified with a mgr (Jasonđ„°) she had someone escort me. Thatâs all I wanted...but not friendly. Yeah I remember you you left an impression. Thankfully the rest of the crew made lemonade from lemonsâïž
A very modern hotel in downtown with many restaurants nearby. Rooms renovation and luxury level good. Everything very modern and comfortable. Front desk very courteous and helpful. Hotel offers luggage assistance to room . Hotel has very upscale common areas and a happening restobar in the 54th floor . Breakfast is good although alacarte . Buffet was not available. Housekeeping was to perfection. Good service overall. Overall satisfied. Will stay here in my next trip to Denver.

My husband and I spent a couple days here and were pretty satisfied with it. The room was clean and nice. And the bed was very comfortable!! Location was great as well. They charge a daily fee of $35 for parking but there are plenty of other parking garages close for way less. They have a 24 hour self service spot where you can buy snacks and drinks which was helpful. The elevator was extremely slow and a part of our floor was under construction. Also, the pool water was way too warm. It may be listed on their website as heated but I was not prepared. It was 98 degrees outside and we couldnât even sit in the pool. The biggest complaint was the service. I asked one of the front desk gentlemen if we could bring drinks up to the rooftop pool or if there was bar service and he had no idea. His response was âI think you can?â When we got up to the pool and tried to call to order food and drinks they told me we had to come down and order it from the bar and pick it up from the bar. Which is fine but at the pool area they literally had a phone, next to a menu, and a sign that said use this phone to order food?? They also only have breakfast and dinner hours listed but when I asked if they do lunch too she wasnât sure and put me on hold to check. It was just a little misleading. Like how do you not know if you serve lunch too? The only awesome service we had was the bartender we had for lunch and drinks. He was knowledgeable and quick to take care of us. Overall 4/5 hotel stay. We would probably come back since the bed was comfy and the room was nice and spacious.

I arrived to the Magnolia Denver and they did not have my reservation. I had to produce my reservation to confirm with the front desk my arrival date. They honored my reservation, however, the room they provided had a bed with a massive hole in it. Pictures attached. When I called down to the front desk they told me they were not able to move me that evening. They did promise a new room in the morning and as promised they moved me to a very nice room. I enjoyed my stay in my 2nd room. The electricity did go out during my stay for about an hour, with no explanation as to what happened. I did leave the building during the black out to find the electricity on in the businesses around the hotel. What happened? No idea. The day prior to my exit, I received a bill from the hotel, as if I had stayed my last night at the hotel. It was odd as I had confirmed my exit date with the front desk upon my arrival, due to the missing reservation. The hotel âextendedâ my reservation, but with initial resistance as they said they were sold out. Overall, the 2nd room was comfortable. However, the hotel has some problems with administration of reservations and apparently some of the rooms need to have the mattresses replaced. Due to the problems I experienced I would not consider staying here in the future.

On arrival we checked in after our 7 plus hour drive, only to be met with one of the check in guys telling us how he 'hated' Tucson (where we had previously visited). A bit negative to say the least. Our room was good, two sizeable beds, great bathroom with plenty of wardrobe and shelving/desk/drawers. Only 8 coat hangers though, one of which came apart. Great views of the neighbouring skyscrapers and beyond. Conveniently located for exploring downtown Denver. Housekeeping was available by request, and a bottle of water was chargeable if you weren't a Hyatt member. The roof terrace was ok, but during our visit (Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun) the bar wasn't open. A very busy turnover of guests, maybe because it was a weekend, with queueing for breakfast. Good sleep though.
We are located along Cherry Creek just four minutes from Cherry Creek Shopping Center. The University of Denver is within four miles, and downtown Denver is five miles away. Weâre also within 15 minutes of several area hospitals, including National Jewish Health, Denver Health, and Saint Joseph Hospital. We offer an outdoor courtyard lounge with fire pits.

Our Mile High Ballroom offers over 6,000 sq. ft. of flexible event space, plus we have a boardroom for small meetings. We offer on-site catering, group transportation, and a dedicated event service team.

I booked this hotel because I was headed back home from a road trip I made out west. Denver was my stop location for the night and I booked this hotel because I needed a place to sleep. The parking is 30$ for 1 night. Thatâs insane for a hotel to charge your to park your car. The bed was uncomfortable I booked two queen beds one for me and my wife and one for the kids. Our best was the most uncomfortable bed Iâve ever slept on.

I was in Denver visiting some family and heard the Oxford was a nice place to stay. Well, it met all of my expectations and more! I really cannot get over how friendly everyone was. The doormen were fantastic! The reception staff excellent! You donât find service like this in hotels anymore. Clearly this hotel is special, be it that itâs been around since 1891!
GGuest UserVery recommended to stay, cost-effective, the environment is very good. Beautiful environment, good geographical location, convenient transportation, comfortable and sanitary rooms, service staff are very enthusiastic, facilities are very humane, high-speed network signal is good, the view outside the window is good. The design of the room's small pendulum is also very distinctive. Next time, check in.

MMaryhksCool hotel, but I think a little over priced. For what ended up being about a $500 per night cost I think the hotel is a bit more expensive than it should be. I'm happy to pay up for a more supreme experience, but in the end I thought was a little too expensive for what it was. We chose a Mountain View room and were glad we did that. We had a nice view for the two days we were there. The room was very spacious. Bed was good, but not super comfortable. Bathroom was large and very nice. We both made the comment that the hallways were wide and bright. Very nice. The employees at the desk and the 4th floor terrace were very nice and friendly. The only reason for the 4 out of 5 review was the value of the cost. Again, I'm happy to pay up for a hotel, but it seemed kind of ordinary for the cost. Could maybe spend $300 a night nearby for the same type of room.

We were a couple and stayed for 2 nights. It was the least enjoyable hotel experience in quite some time. Positives - 1. Bathroom in room was clean and decent sized. 2. A shuttle to Red Rocks leaves from the lobby of the hotel. Convenient location for that purpose. Negatives - 1. Entire 1st floor lobby and restaurant smelled like sewage the entire time. Worst consistent hotel odor we have ever experienced. 2. We booked a king bed. They gave us a queen. âWe are sold out of king bedsâ. Asked for reduced rate or other compensation. Was told ânopeâ. 3. Wifi only worked on our first night there. After that no wifi available. 4. Ordered room service breakfast prior to going to bed. Received phone call the next morning, which woke us up âSorry, no breakfast can be served, our systems are downâ. 5. No online check out. 6. Online amenities say âFree wine and beer served afternoonsâ. No beer available, only wine. 7. Hotel is old and shows it big time. 8. Room was very dark, small, and uninviting. 9. Rates are pricey. Bottom line: This is a very poor hotel choice. Downtown Denver, there are plenty of far superior options available, including the Residence Inn Denver City Center right next door, where we stayed last time we were in Denver. Cannot recommend.

6660kimkI cannot say enough wonderful things about the hospitality in the M Club, especially from Neal! I worked there everyday, and everyone was so accommodating and really made it feel like home. Neal went above and beyond to ensure I felt welcomed, and it did not go unnoticed!
GGuest UserWe enjoyed our stay here. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Beautiful lobby. Nice rooms. I didnât notice the traffic on the street below but some of our traveling companions noted that the noise kept them awake.
