Do not stay at this property! You will be upset. The A/C DOES NOT work and hasn’t for quite some time. Our south facing room was unfit to stay in after 10 am. We were not informed of this when booking the room or when we arrived. When we asked the front desk, they acknowledged it was not working. The breakfast was bare minimum. The stench in the lobby is almost unbearable - especially in the evening.

The hotel was nice for what we paid for. Most of the staff members were also very friendly. The support staff was especially nice and always happy. However there was one person at the front desk who was exceptionally rude to me on one occasion. I had called to request tissue paper and towels and spoke to a lady. She indicated they would bring it up to us (usually we had to go down to retrieve. Never did this before at other hotels.). Thirty minutes later we were still waiting on the items. I called again and a guy answered. He told me to be patient and housekeeping just arrived and will bring it. Before I could respond to ask if I can just come for it instead HE HUNG UP ON ME. I had to call back and ask that question. I thought it was so rude for him to tell me to be patient AFTER 30 MINUTES and hang up on me. I didn’t get his name but I remember he wore a nice yellow blazer one day during the trip.

The hotel is in a very good location, very close to the exhibition center. Everything is good except that there are no slippers and water. The view from the floor-to-ceiling windows is beautiful (the windows cannot be opened). The toilets and room types are good, and the service is also very good.

Nice location. New property is clean and stylish. Aesthetically pleasing. Very clean. Comfortable. Love the toiletries. This is where it ends. Check-in was pleasant enough, but not a warm welcome. It seemed as though you are an inconvenience. Also, poor communication as the lady was looking something up in the computer, but did not let me know, so you're just standing there waiting for an answer. An Atwell card in the room read ”if you need anything, let us know”. Well, I was in need of a shower cap but they didn't have any. There is only 1 dining room chair, I asked for more, but the receptionist said ”I can't get ahold of anyone so I think that's all we have”. Last item request was for a bowl as we brought our own breakfast due to dietary needs and of course, ”we don't have those but you can come down for breakfast”. Advice: You can ask for items, but that's where it ends. Most hotels have basic amenities for travelers, but not this place. I doubt we'll be returning to this place as there are many other hotels in the area that are more prepared for travelers.

Really clean and friendly staff !!
It was near downtown and 10 minutes walk to the Convention Center, so it was really nice !!
I liked the facilities such as microwave oven and sink so much, and the breakfast was good for breakfast!!

I found the rooms here nice and clean, nice bathroom. Mattress was comfortable. The hotel itself is fairly new. Breakfast in the morning was good. However, we stayed here for the free shuttle. We dropped off our rental car at the airport and then waited almost 2 hours for their shuttle. Front desk didn't always answer their phone. Another hotel's shuttle offered to take us to their hotel across the street as he felt bad seeing us waiting so long. Front desk was either tired or anxious for their shift to be over. We didn't have a problem with the shuttle the following morning to the airport. It may be okay for those who aren't using the shuttle, but if you are, be aware that you may be waiting at the airport for a while. Myself, I wouldn't stay here again.

It was a pleasant and convenient stay in Denver, a 10 minutes walk to Union Station, the departure of many tours. The staff was nice and my room for the first night was big. I had a different, smaller room, for my 2nd night 10 days after. I had a small issue the first night : I entered the room with my key and it was already occupied with someone else baggages inside... Thanks god it didn't happen to me during the night ! I told them and they gave me a different room. The breakfast at the restaurant is amazing, some of the best pancakes and waffles I ever had.

I am very satisfied with the hotel, the management is well-organized, clean and hygienic, the staff is polite and friendly, the check-in requires the occupant's credit card to deduct the deposit, but the deposit was refunded to me when I checked out. Shampoo and body wash are great, as are conditioners, soaps and lotions. There is an induction cooker and simple tableware in the room. There is coffee and hot water supply in the lobby. The breakfast is good and rich. In the city center, shopping and transportation are convenient, there are many restaurants, and there is a king soopers supermarket less than 600 meters away. Carefully look at the small list given at check-in, which has the hotel's convenient services, which is very thoughtful. The self-service kiosks are reasonably priced. You can store luggage, which is very helpful. Very recommended!

We booked a standard room for 3 nights from 14th September but was upgraded to a corner suite 525 as we were travelling for our wedding anniversary which was really nice. The room was large with a separate living area. The bed was comfortable and there was a fridge in the room, there was also a welcome basket on arrival with bottles of water and some snacks. The curtains in the room need replacing as they were ripped and dirty. The windows were not very soundproof as road works that started at 0730 were very loud. There is a bakery downstairs in the hotel (Trompeau) that did gluten free breakfast sandwiches which was great. The hotel is in a good location to access all the tourist areas in the city and there is a Walgreens/CVS down the road for any supplies you may need. The only issue we had was we were charged for a bottle of water we didn’t take, it was refunded after we contacted them about the issue.

MmetrochicaThe Queen Anne Urban Bed & Breakfast is number one for a reason. Our two night stay was great even before we arrived. They send you a link to a guide explaining thorough directions/instructions on your code for the inn and your room, parking options, local restaurants, etc. It made it so easy to check-in. We also got a lovely tour from Hannah when we arrived. The place is charming and full of eclectic art. Stevie made delicious breakfast and was super friendly. I did not expect mushroom & goat cheese toast. Yum. The back garden was adorable. We were in the Fountain room, which was huge and overlooked the park. The room was comfortable, clean, and had a massive jacuzzi tub/shower and two sinks. Not to worry, there was a footstool for us shorter people to get into the tub. Note, there is a step to get up to the toilet. I also liked our desk area and comfy armchair. The location was great for exploring Denver. About a 20 minute walk to RiNo or Union Station. I would highly recommend Queen Anne to others traveling to Denver. It was a great way to close out our first trip to Colorado.
After spending 2 nights in fancy overpriced hotels, I really liked this place. They let me check in early at no charge. My spacious room had a full sized fridge and microwave. Lounge couch was almost as comfortable as the bed and TV swiveled. Shower was great with adjustable head and all the toiletries are Dove brand. Free breakfast was very good. Filled up my big cup with soda for later. In the afternoon they have a happy hour with food! The pool is closed but will reopen soon. Lovely area with fire pit and chairs. They have grills to bbq and washer and dryers. Every room has a laundry basket But the best thing was the staff. They really wanted to make my stay perfect. The final plus was the free shuttle to the airport!
New hotel in what seemed like a quiet neighborhood. Room wasn’t very big, but the bathroom felt spacious considering the actual size of the room. Breakfast was pretty basic with a few hot options and a waffle maker. The price was just right and was definitely more reasonable than staying downtown. The welcome gift bag with bottled water and snacks, as well as having a microwave, fridge, and coffeemaker in the room completed what ended up being a nice stay here.
We had a good stay here at Courtyard Marriott near Denver airport. A very friendly chap welcomed us and couldn't do enough for us. The 2 queen suite was good and had everything we needed. The beds were comfy and the shower good. We also had a lovely breakfast the following morning and a Starbucks coffee. I do think paying to park is a con though.
LLakwtseraThis hotel is fairly new. Family friendly set up. Ideal for family stay and couples too. The room was clean. It has small kitchen and complete with utensils.
We would recommend and will cone back again.
GGary DesmaraisWhen I found it online I was a little Skeptic because of location. Everything about the location it appears has changed the whole tell was beautiful and I would stay there again in a heartbeat. Everybody was awesome.
We checked in at hotel approximately 8:30 PM and received our room key. Upon entering a nondescript room, I attempted to open the window shade . Both the shade and underlying blackout shade were broken. I need to see outside as I am a bit claustrophobic and enjoy the scenery. I contacted the front desk immediately and related my concern. I was told to come down to discuss this issue. While waiting at the desk , the same employee checked in another customer. As soon as she finished with that client she said she would be right back. However she, a dark haired woman with a nose ring, and no name tag or identification, disappeared and did not reappear. Disgusted, I left and returned 30 minutes later. I was informed that she spoke to her manager, Angie Rayes, whom I did not meet, and the manager told employee ( no name tag ) that no rooms were available because most also had broken window shades. REALLY. How about contacting maintenance to repair a few of the problems? There are so many similar or better hotels in the area. I regret choosing Wingate Denver Airport due to poor customer service. I won’t waste my money here again. Nor would I choose another Windham hotel as both employees and management seem unconcerned about poorly maintained facilities.
WORST hotel experience I have ever had in my life. Actually, take that back it nears the top of the list for one of the worst experiences I have ever had in my life. We rented the room online through a 3rd party company called Super, who we have used numerous times before. Checked in the evening of the first night, got our room, paid the deposit and everything was fine. Booking was pre-paid in advance and for two days. It was myself, my partner, and our 3 year old little girl and we are in between housing currently. At the hotel all day long and evening of the 2nd day. Not from this area, but have friends living down here and later in the evening invited our long time friends, that live a mere 4 blocks away (a couple) over for dinner. Had dinner, sitting around talking and catching up, (we are also 4 logical, responsible, 40+ year old adults, behaving as such) and suddenly at about 1230am the phone rings and its the woman at the front desk. Side note: my partner is super calm and passive almost to a fault, Ive never seen him get angry, yell at anyone, or ever raise his voice). So she calls and is immediately screaming at him as he is looking at me with these huge eyes trying to follow her as she is yelling and threatening us. She informs us that we have 5 minutes to come down and pay the room or we are kicked out into the cold (it was roughly 15 degrees that night, our daughter was fast asleep, and by now its past 1am) he explains to her that we pre-paid through a 3rd party, so yes we have paid and if there is an error its not on our side as we have a full receipt and proof we paid for the room and paid the deposit for our stay through the front desk upon check in. He also questions why she decided to wait until one in the morning to decide to call and let us know about this since we have been here since yesterday and this is the first we have heard about any of this. She is screaming ”I don't give a f#$k, now its four minutes and ill have a swat of security guards at your room throwing you and all your belongings out!” and slams the phone down. All four adults could hear the entire conversation she was yelling so loud and all four of us were in disbelief. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I immediately started the process to get on the chat with Super.com while I was pulling up my receipt as proof of full payment for my partner to bring down to the office and show her. I suffer from pretty significant PTSD and anxiety with panic from being the victim of a violent crime in 2007 where I almost lost my life and don't deal with conflict or stress well, especially to this extent. My partner was in the service for 10 years as an Army Ranger, and our friend that was there visiting us also served 10 years as an Army Ranger. Both suffer from significant PTSD stemming from active combat, our friend suffered a TBI while getting blown up by an IED. We also have with us a small child who is entirely innocent and helpless and fast asleep. Before my pa
We stayed at 3 Hampton Inns during our recent trip to the Midwest US. This one landed at the bottom of the list for a number of reasons: The dining area is quite small in relation to the size of the hotel, making it difficult to find a table. In addition, the breakfast offerings were not as varied as the other hotels. Both elevators were slow and one was inoperable during our stay. The walls are paper thin, resulting in significant noise transfer between rooms which is quite frustrating at 230am. Lastly, although I called the hotel the week before arrival to request an early check in, when we arrived at approximately 830am I was advised in no uncertain terms by the front desk staff member that this could not be accommodated as the hotel was at full capacity. I indicated that I would be willing to take a smaller/less expensive room type should one become available earlier in the day. After waiting in the lobby for almost three hours, a party of three arrived and were immediately offered an early check-in. After this group left the front desk, I approached both employees and politely pointed out what I’d just witnessed and that I’d been patiently waiting for a room. They said that they would check and see and see if another room was available. After returning to my seat in the lobby, I clearly heard these individuals talking about my complaint, but I pretended to ignore them and within 10 minutes a room (similar to one I’d booked) became available. I realize that dealing with the public is difficult at times, but behaviour such as this is unprofessional. I’ll choose to stay elsewhere in Denver should I return.
