DoubleTree by Hilton Denver Cherry Creek

I was visiting Cherry creek for business trip, it is first time to rest in this hotel. The room was okay, but the floor was dusty enough that walking barefoot was uncomfortable. No hands wash on the sink area. Purchase additional breakfast . The breakfast was also not fresh. The fried potatoes seemed like they had simply been reheated, and the fruit tasted sour and bitter, as if it was old and no longer fresh. In addition, the room did not provide disposable slippers, and the coffee pot was very dirty with visible water scale inside, so I did not feel comfortable making coffee. Overall, the service experience was disappointing, and the $18 daily parking fee did not feel justified for the level of service provided.

The hotel is in a very good location near Cherry Creek with easy access to shopping and restaurants. Rooms are clean. The staff is friendly. Amenities like the pool and gym are decent. A reasonable option for short stays if priced well, but not ideal for a luxury experience.

Room is decent, 2 x Queen Beds, reasonably spacious & clean, bathroom basics are provided. Staff at front desk was helpful with queries. Location is good, Target, Starbucks across the road. Near to restaurants and eateries. The small park across the junction is great for morning runs/ walks. Though i have no issues parking my 4WD, I have to agree that the lots in the parking garage are strangely smaller than others and the odd pillars around making space for door & trunk opening very limited.

Very nice place especially the swimming pool. Location is close to everything and the room is clean.

Please bring own toiletries - only shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and body lotion provided. No bedroom slippers. Only 2 bottles of water provided per stay. There is a water station to refill water bottles at ground floor. This is my second stay during this trip and I was placed in a room in the west wing during my second stay. It is further from the lobby. Basic room. Opposite has Target and some fast food restaurants. Overall a basic hotel.

Overall just an average hotel now. Doubletree used to be special

it was great experience to visit denver. and hotel was great, clean and the mountain view is just awesome. definitely come back again
