"Suggestions for improvement for Holiday Inn Express based on our stay experience: better guest communication is needed, especially informing guests ahead of time regarding non-working air conditioning before arrival. Daily housekeeping consistency should also be improved. Adding basic room amenities such as a refrigerator and complimentary dental kits inside the room would enhance guest comfort. Despite these concerns, the free lobby coffee, 24-hour gym access, and accommodating staff were appreciated. With improved maintenance, communication, and room service, the hotel experience could become much better for future guests."

"It's very close to the airport, so if you're a technical secondary school, it's a good choice. The price is reasonable, there is a small bar downstairs, and the fried fish fillet is delicious. Hygiene is not bad and cost-effective."

"I have to say that Ctrip's service is really good! The first hotel we booked was cancelled due to poor communication. After contacting Ctrip, we were quickly transferred to this Hilton Hotel. The Hilton Garden Inn Union Station is in a good location. There is a large supermarket opposite, which has a full range of food and drinks. It is very convenient. The room is also large, with a refrigerator and microwave. I recommend staying here!"

"I was visiting Cherry creek for business trip, it is first time to rest in this hotel. The room was okay, but the floor was dusty enough that walking barefoot was uncomfortable. No hands wash on the sink area. Purchase additional breakfast . The breakfast was also not fresh. The fried potatoes seemed like they had simply been reheated, and the fruit tasted sour and bitter, as if it was old and no longer fresh. In addition, the room did not provide disposable slippers, and the coffee pot was very dirty with visible water scale inside, so I did not feel comfortable making coffee. Overall, the service experience was disappointing, and the $18 daily parking fee did not feel justified for the level of service provided."
