Amazing
This is a clean, spacious hotel, a leading hotel in Columbus. The reception staff is friendly and attentive, and the facilities are well-equipped. Cleaned daily, the room is fully stocked with tea bags, sugar, and milk. There's a small shop on the first floor, selling Ohio souvenirs, as well as cookies and instant noodles for those occasional needs. There's also a microwave for heating instant noodles. It felt like home. This is a luxurious hotel.

Quite close to Convention Centre. It only took me less than 10 mins to walk from Hotel to Convention Centre. Also, you have a variety of food around the hotel.

Be sure to order breakfast! It's rich and delicious, and the staff is very friendly. However, many services (cleaning, toothbrush, razor, etc.) require you to request them at the counter, so the service in this regard is not very friendly. However, the room is large and close to the conference venue, highly recommended.

Everyone we interacted with was fantastic- bar staff, valets, front desk. Best place to stay if you are visiting the convention center- the skybridge is not temperature regulated but still super convenient for traffic related reasons. The food was great and took virtually no time at all to prepare if you called down and ordered. I don't believe there was room service. There was water in the lobby and microwaves on the first floor around the corner from the elevator but not within the room.
