4-Star Hotels in Columbus

Very neat and clean hotel, the location is also very good. The hotel is connected to the convention center and Hyatt Hotel, it is a great choice for people who are on business trips. The restaurant in the hotel is also of a good standard. Exceeded expectations.

The hotel itself is beautiful; the room is spacious and very comfortable. It's right in front of a bus stop (route#1). Very convenient to take public transport. There is a small but friendly Middle Eastern grocery shop right next door where you can get bread, milk, veg, and even hot food.  

I couldn’t have enjoyed my stay any more! The atmosphere was charming, cozy, and, of course, perfect for any OSU lover. It was also incredibly clean, smelled lovely, and they even have an adorable pup, named Scarlett, who helps behind the front desk! The front desk staff and valet were so sweet and helpful, as well. I loved my room. The bed was so comfy, plaid wallpaper and unique decor were so fun, and I especially loved the John Glenn accent chair! I was sad my stay was so short, and I will definitely be back!!

The room is spacious, clean, well-equipped and the reception is warm. Very satisfied!

It was a really nice place and very modern'd out hotel. Even with a view of a hotel across the way it was still beautiful and comfortable. Wish I was able to seek out how the bar/restaurant was on the rooftop, but it rained the next day. Will book again.

The local high-end atmosphere hotel, the price is reasonable, the room facilities are complete, and the travel is convenient.

This trip was a good way to take a vacation.

Good airport hotel but not a Marriott standard. It doesnt serve breakfast at the weekends but do understand this may be post Covid. It is an old Marriott, but the staff are kind which makes up for it, the bed was broken for our entire stay but again but Bob did make efforts to get it fixed however this was a very busy weekend. You do need a car staying there if you are longer than a night.

The front desk employees were friendly and the room and facilities were clean. The Trip app said the deposit could be paid with either cash or credit card, but upon arrival, they only accepted credit cards, so be aware of this, especially travelers from mainland China who might not have a Visa/MasterCard. If you only have a Chinese UnionPay card, this hotel will not accept that. The swimming pool was small but clean, and the gym was small but clean, also. You can hear the noise from my he freeway nearby from your room, so if you're a really light sleeper, you would need earplugs. The location is good, near a major highway interchange so it's easy to get around Columbus from here. The rooms don't have amenities that are commonplace in Chinese hotels of the same category, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, nor bathroom scandals. The bathroom only had bar soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.
