SSnoopy22The room is too dark, the lighting is insufficient, the room is slightly smaller, the bathroom lighting is OK, but the boxed paper towels have to be counted, and they are placed indiscriminately, seemingly unhygienic, the shower is weak and not strong enough. The only satisfaction is the breakfast in the lobby, which is delicious, the waiter service is very good, give her extra tips, she is very happy.

GGuest UserThe hotel itself is beautiful; the room is spacious and very comfortable. It's right in front of a bus stop (route#1). Very convenient to take public transport. There is a small but friendly Middle Eastern grocery shop right next door where you can get bread, milk, veg, and even hot food.

GGuest UserIt was a really nice place and very modern'd out hotel. Even with a view of a hotel across the way it was still beautiful and comfortable. Wish I was able to seek out how the bar/restaurant was on the rooftop, but it rained the next day. Will book again.

GGuest UserThey took very good care of my mother who was disabled. It was a closed off walk to the convention center which was perfect. They also helped pack the car. There is also elevators everywhere so if you cant climb steps.

GGuest UserGood airport hotel but not a Marriott standard. It doesnt serve breakfast at the weekends but do understand this may be post Covid.
It is an old Marriott, but the staff are kind which makes up for it, the bed was broken for our entire stay but again but Bob did make efforts to get it fixed however this was a very busy weekend. You do need a car staying there if you are longer than a night.

GGuest UserThe hotel is definitely dated, could use some upgrades. It was fairly clean but not what I’d consider great. There were families and kids in the hall yelling and slamming doors until after 1am. Even with a noise machine it was very loud. Will not stay here again.

GGuest UserThe front desk employees were friendly and the room and facilities were clean. The Trip app said the deposit could be paid with either cash or credit card, but upon arrival, they only accepted credit cards, so be aware of this, especially travelers from mainland China who might not have a Visa/MasterCard. If you only have a Chinese UnionPay card, this hotel will not accept that. The swimming pool was small but clean, and the gym was small but clean, also. You can hear the noise from my he freeway nearby from your room, so if you're a really light sleeper, you would need earplugs. The location is good, near a major highway interchange so it's easy to get around Columbus from here. The rooms don't have amenities that are commonplace in Chinese hotels of the same category, like toothbrushes, toothpaste, shampoo, slippers, nor bathroom scandals. The bathroom only had bar soap, hair conditioner, body lotion, toilet paper, and a hair dryer.
