AAnonymous UserThe location of the hotel is very good, right in the school, and it is convenient for travel. The breakfast environment is really good, the waiter will bring tea bags for you to choose, I chose Jasmine Dragon Ball, which is very authentic.

GGuest UserI couldn’t have enjoyed my stay any more! The atmosphere was charming, cozy, and, of course, perfect for any OSU lover. It was also incredibly clean, smelled lovely, and they even have an adorable pup, named Scarlett, who helps behind the front desk! The front desk staff and valet were so sweet and helpful, as well. I loved my room. The bed was so comfy, plaid wallpaper and unique decor were so fun, and I especially loved the John Glenn accent chair! I was sad my stay was so short, and I will definitely be back!!

GGuest UserIt was a really nice place and very modern'd out hotel. Even with a view of a hotel across the way it was still beautiful and comfortable. Wish I was able to seek out how the bar/restaurant was on the rooftop, but it rained the next day. Will book again.

GGuest UserVery good location, a lot of restaurants nearby, the staff at front desk is very nice. The room is clean and comfortable.
The room is clean and tidy, the front desk service attitude is very good, the hotel location is good, you can walk to Macy's, NORDSTORM, LV, GUCCI, Tiffany. There is a Chinese restaurant PFCHANG not far from the front door of the hotel

GGuest UserThey took very good care of my mother who was disabled. It was a closed off walk to the convention center which was perfect. They also helped pack the car. There is also elevators everywhere so if you cant climb steps.

GGuest UserThe hotel is definitely dated, could use some upgrades. It was fairly clean but not what I’d consider great. There were families and kids in the hall yelling and slamming doors until after 1am. Even with a noise machine it was very loud. Will not stay here again.
