People are great and so is the food. Very good alternative to one of the convention center hotels if they are too expensive or booked. Honestly this is probably better anyway.

We will be booking for every stay in Columbus! We had a corner room that was so spacious, the room was clean and all we had to do was text for anything and it was taken care of! Checkout was the latest of all the hotels we've ever been at and it was walking distance to convention center!

Ice machine on the floor was broke. Parking is 45 dollars a night and they don’t tell you that. No free breakfest at all and no coffee. Sorry but for the price you need to get more included.

The only problem was that the wake-up call that I requested from the front did not come the next morning.

Staff was nice... the room on the other hand was not as expected..... rusty all in the shower, the shower door felt like it was about to come off the hinges, the shower wouldn't stop leaking, used toilet paper, no trash bags in the cans, paint was all scratched up, floors looked like they hadn't been mopped, the soap rack fell off the wall, the vent was loud and full of dust, pillows smelled... just an okay experience..

Aesthetically was nice at the hotel but getting someone to help you is the hard part. My room was so hot, there was no ac or fan. I called down the the front desk 3 times, no one answered. I couldn’t fall asleep & was up 3 hours later. That morning walked down to grab coffee & I had asked if this was the only One & was told yes. There was no coffee creamer no nothing.i only had one towel, bo wash clothes as well. It was so bad.. for the amount to stay & this happening was awful.

Room was comfortable and clean! Every single staff member we encountered from the restaurant to the part time maintenance man was beyond helpful and friendly. 10/10 would stay here again!
