Hilton Columbus at Easton

Location is awesome. Room is comfortable but the air conditioning is weak even when turned on at max. Facilities are minimal, limited treadmills at the gym and the chlorine smell at the pool is unbearable. Service by the reception is average, any asian hotels can do better than them. For what this is worth, I think it's overpriced.

The cleaning staff tried to come into our room 3 or 4 times while we were sleeping. It was prior to Check out. It startled us and woke us up each time and then it was very hard to go back to sleep. When I told the desk employee at check out about it, she don’t even apologize. We lost valuable sleep because of this and it made the days festivities less enjoyable. We used to stay here always but will now reconsider. Also there was not a do not disturb sign to hang on the door or we would have done that.

Impressive facility. Our room was a bit dated. The furniture was scratched up. My wife found ants in the room

difficult check in with 2 young kids who were tired after 3 hours' drive, arrived 2:45 PM and requested Ealy check-in, was told that room was not ready and asked me to wait, i saw there was a big line and everyone else was getting room key who arrived around the same time. room was congested; Sofa bed was not comfortable and extra sheets and blanket were not provided. Overall, not so great experience. Btw , I am a HH memember.

I thought the hotel was amazing. My room wasn’t ready when I got there, but they were very kind and gave me a voucher to go get a cup of coffee and something in their little café. The service was top-notch. I cannot wait to go back again.

I had a wonderful stay at this Hilton. The hotel was very clean, the room was spacious, and everything smelled fresh the moment I walked in. The staff was professional and welcoming, and the overall atmosphere was peaceful and comfortable. I would definitely stay here again.
