Everything was good except it would’ve been nice to opt out of valet parking as the parking lot was right there and would’ve been easy to park myself

Was in town for four days on a business trip. Service was outstanding. Concession costs are fairly reasonable, and the hotel is near everything. Had a great stay.

Great staff- friendly and efficient. The location was close to restaurants, bars, and the arena. The hotel was clean, and new. The roof top restaurant/bar has great views and food/drink. We’ll be back. Thanks

Very nice. Walking distance to arena. Only downside is the legal marijana and strong odor in hallway.

Awesome place is so clean !! Minutes walk to where you need to go !! There is valet parking but also parking garages and spots very near by !

The windows in the rooms don't open for fresh air. There is no fan in the bathroom to clear out shower moisture or other odors! Only a sliding door for toilet privacy which doesn't work!

This Hotel is highly overrated. The pull bed was COMPLETELY full of hair and crumbs. With no sheets or blankets. When we called to report it. The front desk staff insisted that we come and get it ourselves. I booked and stayed in the Presidential suite with torn and broken drapes. The towels were yellowish of white in color. The bathroom floor was completely dirty. Outside of waiting to check in (late) due to the room not being ready. Which verifies the room was quickly turned over and not properly inspected. I didn’t complain. I just will NEVER book this Hotel again. This one is a HARD NO for the price for one night. DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY.

We had a switch in the reservation that was made pretty easily. The room was nice and the staff was very friendly. Great walking access to downtown and nearby attractions.
