They took very good care of my mother who was disabled. It was a closed off walk to the convention center which was perfect. They also helped pack the car. There is also elevators everywhere so if you cant climb steps.

Perfect hotel for a weekend get away. Within walking distance to the nationwide arena, which is where we saw a concert at. It was nice not having to fight for parking! The weather was perfect so we were able to sit out that night by the fire pit and relax. We ordered food from the restaurant. An amazing burger! 10/10 recommend. I will say, the only negative was the AC wasn’t the best even with it turned down as low as it would go, it was still stuffy

Food wasn’t done from the restaurant…. It was late at night, which I was thankful for but the hamburger was raw… the tacos were extremely hot with no warning as well…It was really nice place and located in a great area!

The reason for my poor rating is because I left a garment bag with three brand new dresses in the closet. Within just an hour after leaving the hotel I called to notify them of my belongings being left. They told me I had to go online to file a claim, which I did. Several days later, I received an email saying my dresses were never found. So if you are going to stay here, don’t make a mistake and leave belongings here or they will claim “they didn’t find them”.
Very disappointed in this as all 3 dresses were brand new with tags.

Great hotel 3 minutes away from Nationwide Arena.
The hotel lobby restaurant was a bit on the pricey side, but many nearby options if you don’t want to dine in.
