4-Star Hotels in Nagoya

This hotel next to JR Station offers amazing views! The room window is like a beautiful painting. The front desk staff, who spoke some Chinese, was lovely and we had a great chat in both English and Chinese. The complimentary item shown in picture 3 was so romantic, I just had to sit there for a while even though I was stuffed from dinner. Three days and two nights weren't enough to explore everything. I'll definitely stay here again in the future. On the fourth day, I headed to my next stop, a flight to Kumamoto.

This hotel is located in a quiet area, with a car park right next to it. I appreciate the 500 yen parking voucher provided by the hotel. The front desk staff were friendly and able to answer all our questions. The hotel offers a bedrock bath and sauna for one complimentary use, but unfortunately, the times I wanted were fully booked, so I recommend booking early. The front desk also offers a variety of amenities, including skincare products and children's body wash, which is very comprehensive. The room design is excellent! It has all sorts of facilities, and it's very convenient for storing belongings. The toilet has a heater, and the kitchen is equipped with a washing machine, coffee maker, and water purifier. The room's design concept is perfect for families, with enough space to accommodate two large suitcases.

Multiple stay in different types of rooms. All types happy and satisfied. Amenities are perfect for its detailed attention and offerings. Nearby there is a restaurant street with good priced high quality experience which add to the location value.

Our family, including two elementary school-aged children, stayed here for a room-only plan. The entire room was incredibly spacious. Having separate bedroom and living/dining areas was fantastic, especially in the mornings and evenings, as everyone could go about their routine at their own pace. The furnishings and appliances were top-notch (especially the ReFa hairdryer and shower, and the super comfortable sofa bed). Plus, there were trial appliances available for use, which made our stay even more pleasant. There's a 24-hour convenience store and a food court on the ground floor of STATION Ai, where the hotel is located, and plenty of dining options within walking distance, so we never had trouble finding food. We'd love to stay here again!

The hotel boasts an excellent location with plenty of great dining options nearby. The room was clean and quite spacious, and although the decor is a bit older, the facilities are well-maintained and still feel quite new. Good value for money.

The room was awesome!! Very spacious even for a family of 4. Wifi was fast and has youtube channel which kids gave 3 cheers for that. Front desk service was spectacular. We arrived by car and staff already came out to welcome us. And since we were in a rush to return our car, the staff proactively offer to help sent our luggages to our room (luckily we had done the online check in in advance) and I had to say with this money spent, we got 5 star hotel service. Plus the amenities they provided might even better than some 4,5 stars hotel. Location wise, it situated in a 8-10 mins walk from the subway, with convenient stores and pharmacy nearby. However you might find it not that “safe” downstairs since there’s clubs and pubs around. Apart from that, this hotel worths every penny spent. High recommended.

This hotel is in a great location with lots of amenities nearby. The room had everything we needed and was super bright with amazing natural light. It was spacious enough to open all our large suitcases, and the bed was big and very comfortable. The gas stove, microwave, and large fridge were definitely traveler-friendly essentials. The view from the balcony was also fantastic. Both the room and bathroom had air conditioning and heating, which was a thoughtful touch. Highly recommend this place for a stay in Nagoya!

The hotel is just a short walk from Nagoya Station, with easy access to JR lines, subways, buses, and long-distance trains — making it a very convenient base for exploring the city and beyond. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, and the hotel offers useful facilities such as coin laundry and vending machines. The staff were nice, friendly, and welcoming throughout our stay.

I can only say that the price we paid when booking 2 months in advance was somewhat justified for this hotel. The exterior looks decent, but the inside is very old and worn. My biggest complaint is about the escalator. Since the front desk is on the second floor and we arrived around 2 PM, the escalator was only going down 😓. There were stairs next to it, but our luggage was too heavy for us girls to carry up. After searching for a long time, we found that if you want to use the elevator, you have to go through the main entrance, then turn left and follow a 'secret' path. There's a button 🔘 at the entrance; press it to let the front desk know you're checking in, and they'll open the door! However, when we came back in the evening, the escalator was going up 😓. Maybe we just arrived at the wrong time! Service: The female receptionist's attitude was mediocre, no smile, and she seemed rather unenthusiastic. She felt a bit stern! Facilities: The hot springs ♨️ on the third floor downstairs are quite nice and seem to have been renovated recently. They feel out of place with the old, worn-out hotel! The room facilities themselves are quite complete, but the soundproofing is a bit poor!

The room is so cleanness and the front staff is so kind. Unfortunately, location is not so good. If we want to get the subway to go to the centre of Nagoya city, it takes around 10 minutes from the hotel to subway station. It is good that we can see the Nagoya castle from the hotel.
