4-Star Hotels in Nice

My stay at the Le Riviera Collection, BW Signature Collection was truly outstanding, and I would love to share my experience. The hotel immediately impresses with its tasteful design: modern, bright, and elegant, yet still warm and inviting. The atmosphere is relaxed, creating a sense of comfort and welcome from the very first moment. My room was spotless, well-appointed, and provided everything I needed for a pleasant stay, from a very comfortable bed to thoughtful little details that made me feel at home. The location is also excellent: quiet, yet just a short walk from the Promenade des Anglais, the city center, and many of Nice’s main attractions. One of the absolute highlights was the breakfast experience. The buffet offers a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, from French pastries and fresh fruit to savory dishes, ensuring there’s something for everyone. What truly sets it apart, however, is the wonderful breakfast team. A very special mention goes to Claudia, Noreen, David and Emma, who greeted us every morning with a smile, genuine kindness, and remarkable attentiveness. The entire breakfast staff were equally warm, helpful, and professional, you could feel their passion for making guests feel welcome and cared for. They help you to discover attractions near by, just ask. The reception and service team were also excellent, always friendly, responsive, and eager to provide recommendations for restaurants and things to do around Nice. Their attention and dedication really enhanced my stay. In summary: the Le Riviera Collection is not only a beautiful hotel, but also a place that shines because of the people working there. I felt welcomed, valued, and cared for throughout my stay. Without a doubt, I will choose this hotel again on my next visit to Nice. A highly recommended choice for anyone looking for a stylish hotel with excellent service and a breakfast team that makes every day start with a smile.

Traveling during the off-season, the rooftop pool was locked and inaccessible. I had hoped to go up there for photos. The room wasn't particularly large. It's located right across from the airport and very close to where you catch the mini-train, making getting around quite convenient. However, most of the nearby restaurants were closed; there was one place selling only pizza, which was actually pretty good. There are no supermarkets nearby either.

The location is fantastic, within walking distance to the train station and popular attractions like Place Masséna and Old Nice. The service was warm and accommodating, providing all sorts of conveniences. Nice has many attractions nearby, so staying here is very convenient. The only downside was that the internet connection was sometimes unstable.

The family room was huge, very new, and spotlessly clean – exactly like the pictures! Plus, the bathroom mirror had a light, which was perfect for doing makeup. On the corridor, there's a water dispenser with iced, sparkling, and room-temperature water, which was a dream come true for a water lover like me. The front desk service was excellent and very patient. When I picked up my luggage, I noticed they even remembered me. Right behind the hotel, across the street, there's a Carrefour where I stocked up on cheap cheese, champagne, and red wine.

The hotel offers free snacks and drinks including various types of coffe and tea. The canteen is spacious, cozy and relaxing. It offers different zones which cater for my needs. I can do my offical work there. The canteen offers reasonable priced dinner. The shampoo, body wash and hand wash is good. The staff are nice and they were willing to assist you and cater for your need. Thx Emily~

Hotel is nice, location is great. There are a few things that should be resolved. Had a parcel delivered. They opened it in the name of security but it is delivered to a registered guest. They were painting the stairs and fixing wired and had quite a bit of works. High season is here shouldnt renovatiions be better planned. Room was hot, aircon was really not working well. Room was hotter than the corridor. Gave feedback and got a what do you want me to do look. Of course they checked but room remained hot. I get it that it is summer but inside room is hotter than public areas or outside. Nice is lovely, hotel has the structure to be quaint. For what it is at the moment, it’s a miss.

Facilities: There's a swimming pool, sauna, and a well-equipped gym. Cleanliness: Very clean, didn't spot anything dirty. Environment: The environment is also good. Service: The service attitude was quite good, BUT!! A month after checking out, the credit card used to pre-authorize the deposit was suddenly fraudulently charged 6,000 yuan by the hotel!! They made ten transactions, and they would have kept going if my credit limit hadn't been reached!! I advise everyone to be careful!! I had to contact my bank to block the card, report it to the police, give a statement, contact Trip.com customer service, and wrangle with the hotel for a whole month before the money was finally recovered!!

Excellent location to the train station. The staff is professional, helpful and kind. However, the walls between rooms are bad at soundproof, difficult sleepers should be aware. The little buffet breakfast is fair and they offer all-day snack and cafe. Also, self-help water corner is available.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb. Right outside, there's a bus stop, and behind the hotel, there's a tram station. It's super convenient to get anywhere. I stayed for 6 days and found it very easy to travel to Antibes and Monaco during my stay. Pascal at the front desk was very professional and enthusiastic! I really liked him. He added a lot of positive vibes to our check-in experience. All in all, when I come back to the South of France, I'll definitely stay here again!
