1. The bed! Very sturdy and with thick curtains. I often get woken up by the shaking in hostels I stay in other countries. The bed has a vanity mirror, storage space, hooks, and lighting, which are very practical.
2. The toilet and shower are individual stalls, and the cleanliness is excellent.
3. The decor is bright, clean, and cozy.
4. The location is convenient, perfect for city walks.
5. The only drawback is that the floor-to-ceiling windows in the room don't have curtains, so privacy is a bit lacking.

TTzuyao_HsuIt's very close to the station, and the security is okay. There are many Asian restaurants nearby. There is no need to worry about robbery at the police station, but you should be careful of being stolen by Arabs and gypsies at the train station. Thefts in Nice train station are extremely high.
I don’t know why there are so many Arabs around Nice Train Station...If an Arab tells you that you need to pay an extra euro to pay by credit card, then I just want to cheat you, but there is an Arab rotisserie called Naan next to it, which is worth a try. 11 or 12 euro royale viande assiette.
The hotel has air conditioning, hot water and even a kettle, elevator, no disposable slippers but the floor is very clean, no toothbrush, toothpaste, towels, shampoo, shower gel, etc. Opposite is Notre Dame de Nice and downstairs is the commercial area.

It is extremely close to the airport which is convenient if you’re arriving after a long trip but a bit far from main attractions and good restaurants. The rooms are cute and the garden area is nice and inviting. Easily would recommend this place for anyone wanting a smooth hotel experience in Nice.

GGuest UserThe location is very strategic as it is close to the metro station and shops. The rooms are very nice and minimal...unfortunately the staff is not very helpful since having booked through a site external to the hotel and to be fair having communicated the time of my arrival there was no reservation. Luckily there was still a room with single beds which I had to accept otherwise I would have slept at the station. The boy was kind in the makeshift accommodation... while I found the rest of the staff unprofessional since it was their mistake in not registering the reservation, I was not given any discount for the next night or a voucher as happens in rest of the world...I was told that they would write an email to the director but to date I have not received a response.

GGuest UserAn excellent hotel with fabulous service. Management was very attentive to our needs. Each morning breakfast was delivered to our door. Breakfast excellent. Hotel provided. us with towels and mats. for the beach as well as tiding up the room each day. This hotel is highly recommended.

Отдельное спасибо хочется выразить владельцу - очень солнечный и приветливый человек, который всегда готов помочь и поддержать диалог. Нет большей радости, чем радость человеческого общения - так я люблю говорить и так это было здесь.
Наш отдых в Ницце не был бы и в половину так прекрасен без этого чудесного отеля с панорамными видами и чудесными людьми.
Отель достаточно удален от центра, но мы везде ходили пешком (около часа пешком до старого города и набережной). Есть автобусы и такси, если для вас такие расстояния пешком не нормальны.
В номере есть все необходимое для жизни - кондиционер, полотенца, мыло, гель для душа-шампунь, фен, стаканы для воды (но тапочки/халаты берите свои).
Если планируете купаться, то берите свои полотенца, так как полотенца из отеля брать нельзя.
Завтрак замечательный, мы обычно брали один на двоих и покупали что-то в магазине или булочной с вечера (потому что хотелось чего-то конкретного). В завтраке можно попросить что-то заменить (например, я вместо сока просила кофе, так как не пью сок и тд.).
Можно попросить чайник, чтобы пить чай в номере.
Какое удовольствие сидеть на террасе с панорамным видом и наслаждаться завтраком или ужином!
Соседи иногда бывают шумными, но это не вина отеля, а вопрос воспитанность постояльцев.
От отеля в 20ти минутах пешком ЖД станция, откуда можно доехать до Монако и других близлежащих местечек
Спасибо за прекрасный отдых! Обязательно вернёмся, если ещё будем в Ницце.

GGuest UserIt is an old hotel in the old city. The room is large, the furniture is old but the quality is good, and it is close to the old city train station. Two-star hotels do not provide slippers, drinking water and toiletries, even paper is not provided, and the service is slightly worse.

カカッタマヤI should have checked in advance, but I was surprised that there was no hair dryer. There is a hot water kettle, but the cup is a paper cup and there is no tea or coffee in the room. It is said that there is breakfast service if you pay.
It is about 20 minutes walk from the center of sightseeing.
I think it was good because the price was cheap except that there was no dryer.
I think it's hard for a suitcase because there's no elevator.

The location is very good, there is a Michelin restaurant downstairs, 41 euros a set meal is enough for 2 people to eat! Within 10 minutes walk to the beach, through zara/h&m/Lafayette, shopping is very convenient. The only downside is the power outage in the middle of the night...
