Radisson Blu Hotel, Nice

Absolutely terrible, beyond awful. This is hands down the worst hotel I've ever stayed in. I booked it for the sea view, but aside from that, everything else was a disaster and completely ruined my vacation! 1. Upon check-in, there were no slippers or bathrobes in the room. I'd heard beforehand that you often have to call the front desk for them. To my surprise, the front desk told me they'd send them up, but I waited in the room for a whole hour, and no one came! I called again, and still nothing. Eventually, on my third attempt, I had to go down to the front desk myself to get them. 2. The room's cleanliness was extremely concerning. I booked a Sea View Executive Room, and I don't know if it was just my particular room. The moment you walked in, you could distinctly feel how damp it was, and there were water stains on the corners of the walls. The duvet in the room felt like you could wring water out of it. 3. The room's air conditioning had several functions, but only the fan mode worked! And it was incredibly loud, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. 4. The most outrageous thing was that there was no room cleaning on the second day! I had to call to inquire, and the front desk informed me that the hotel was full. I mean, is a full hotel an excuse not to clean the rooms??? 5. There were two bottles of mineral water in the room. After finishing them, I asked the front desk for another, and they told me I had to pay for it myself. A hotel costing over 3,000 yuan a night, and they expect me to buy my own bottled water??? Other issues were minor in comparison, like the 'king-size bed' actually being two twin beds pushed together, which was incredibly uncomfortable to sleep on. The front desk staff had poor service attitudes. My room key suddenly stopped working, and I had to go to the front desk to get a new one. It was truly a very frustrating experience, so much so that I was originally scheduled to stay for three nights but couldn't bear it and ended up booking another hotel elsewhere! In short, definitely avoid this hotel. The only good thing is the view, but there are other hotels in Nice with good views too. It's an embarrassment to China's Jinjiang Group.

This hotel offers everything you need for a stay in Nice. It's a beautiful beachfront hotel (we paid extra for a sea-facing room), with a fantastic Beach Club restaurant and a rooftop bar & restaurant (the pool is also on the rooftop). We tried both, and for a hotel restaurant, the prices were reasonable, and the food was delicious. The downsides were that the room price was a bit overpriced. For what I paid, the room even had some damage (it took me 2 days to realize the sliding door lock was broken, and I was on the first floor... thankfully nothing happened). Also, the front desk staff seemed quite unfriendly, looking like they didn't want to be there – I encountered several like that. (However, the restaurant staff were absolutely fantastic!) The hotel is a bit far from other Nice attractions, but there are shared bikes available for rent right across the street (I recommend buying a package in the app beforehand, as the price difference is huge). We rented bikes and had a very pleasant hour-long ride around the city.

Excellent experience, the views were stunning, and the staff were all very friendly. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Nice!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and overall, I feel that the service level hasn't met expectations; staff training needs to be improved. The location isn't very convenient for business travelers, as transportation links are weak. Dining options in the vicinity are scarce, making food choices very limited. For longer stays, the lack of everyday conveniences becomes a significant issue.

The hotel seems relatively new, but everything else was quite mediocre. The front desk staff had a terrible attitude, and the security guard at the entrance selectively helped guests with their luggage. The clean pajamas that were supposed to be on the bed were carelessly tossed onto the table. When I called the front desk from my room, no one answered, and they were unhelpful with every request. For a hotel by the sea, they didn't even have a basic first-aid kit. My friend broke a fingernail and asked the front desk for a simple band-aid, but they didn't have any. When we asked for cutlery, they said it would cost 7 euros. If you're staying here, don't expect good service. Also, it's a bit far from the Nice train station, so if you plan on exploring the surrounding areas, I'd recommend staying at a hotel within walking distance of the station – it would be much more convenient.

The hotel's location is a bit far from the Bay of Angels and the mountains, but the sea view is still excellent. The Sea View Superior Room does not have a refrigerator. Upon check-in, I paid a deposit with a credit card. After my trip, I found a 90 Euro charge on my credit card statement, and I initially thought it was the deposit that hadn't been refunded. It was only after speaking with Trip.com customer service that I learned we were charged 90 Euros for breakfast, despite not having consumed anything else at the hotel. This hotel seems to be involved in unwarranted charges.

Facilities: Good Cleanliness: Good Hygiene: Good Environment: Good Service: Good, very thoughtful. Don't believe the negative reviews online, they're all nonsense. So I highly recommend this hotel. It's just that the sea water is very cold right now. This hotel is really good, truly excellent.

The hotel environment is excellent, and the location is superb. Right outside, there's a bus stop, and behind the hotel, there's a tram station. It's super convenient to get anywhere. I stayed for 6 days and found it very easy to travel to Antibes and Monaco during my stay. Pascal at the front desk was very professional and enthusiastic! I really liked him. He added a lot of positive vibes to our check-in experience. All in all, when I come back to the South of France, I'll definitely stay here again!

The room I received didn't match the photos. I booked the 'Sea View Executive Room' based on the pictures, but the room they gave me was more aligned with a room type that's 700-800 CNY cheaper. While it was on a higher floor, it wasn't what was advertised. I tried to resolve this with the front desk, but they couldn't switch me to the room type shown in the pictures. They ended up giving me a 50 Euro credit on my bill. Overall, the front desk service was mediocre, and their problem-solving skills were lacking. I suggest the official website update their room type photos to accurately reflect what guests will receive to avoid similar misunderstandings. The sea view room faced a busy highway, so it was quite noisy. The hotel's private beach was also closed off with caution tape. Breakfast was disappointing, not much variety and didn't taste good. Would not recommend.
