The breakfast was plentiful, and the room, originally an Atour, was very comfortable and modern. What truly stood out was that I accidentally left my LV wallet in the room after checking out, which contained over 1000 cash. The cleaning staff showed incredible integrity, and the hotel's management is clearly top-notch. Within an hour of checking out, I received a call from the front desk notifying me about my lost item. I hope the hotel recognizes the housekeeping staff for their honesty and for upholding such a commendable spirit. Thank you!

Had a wonderful stay for two nights. The location is perfect, with Luoyi Ancient City, Yingtianmen gate, Lijingmen gate, Tiantang pagoda and Mingtang palace within a one-kilometer radius. Longmen Grottoes are about 14 km away, but taxis/cabs are easily available. The homestay is high on aesthetics. The room was clean and housekeeping efficient. The members of staff were very friendly, always ready to help. Will stay here again.

Anonymous UserI was in Luoyang for a business trip and stayed at the Atour Hotel (Luoyang Railway Station Dawetiandi) for three consecutive days, opting for a business king room. The room was very clean and well-arranged, equipped with a small tea table, a long sofa by the window, a desk, and a backrest chair. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and all the disposable amenities were provided. The towels and bath towels were individually wrapped; after opening the packaging, they smelled fresh and were immaculately white, appearing brand new. The bedding was also clean and smelled pleasant, and the Atour Planet sleep-aid pillow genuinely worked wonders. The breakfast offered a wide variety of options, including both Chinese and Western dishes, and the juices and coffee were of good quality. Overall, my stay was excellent, and I will definitely choose this hotel again when I return to Luoyang.

JiejietaoTAOFirst, a disclaimer about this review: the service being referred to is primarily the complimentary 'travel photography service' offered by the hotel. When I booked, I didn't see any mention of a fee for this service, and the actual charge ended up being different from what was implied. Please be cautious! The male staff at the front desk were great, and all the other services were excellent. However, there was a female staff member at the front desk in the morning who was so sound asleep I couldn't wake her up. The room itself was really good, and I was even allowed to check in early and received an upgrade, which I truly appreciate. But this travel photography really upset me. I honestly can't give a good rating (which would have gotten me a free photo from the shoot), and I don't want to go against my conscience. If you're considering booking the travel photography service, please think twice!

I'm so glad I chose this perfect hotel in Luoyang during the May Day holiday rush after carefully sifting through many options. It's conveniently located, the facilities are brand new, and the service is excellent. It's less than 20 meters walk from Exit A of Mudan Bridge Metro Station on Line 2. After a long day of sightseeing, you'll truly appreciate how important it is to be close to a metro station! It's just one metro stop to Jiefang Road Commercial Area, which has two large shopping malls, Dennis and Wangfujing, and plenty of delicious food options nearby. Although the hotel is on a main street, the double-glazed windows provide excellent soundproofing. Even with the hotel almost fully booked during May Day, I stayed for two nights and didn't experience any noise issues at all. It's truly an oasis of calm in a bustling area. Downstairs, there's a delicious beef noodle soup place, as well as Wan Jing Xiang, a famous old Henan brand where you can buy specialties like peony flower cakes. The front desk thoughtfully provided a portable tourist map, which was super convenient to carry around for my two days of exploring. The breakfast was bountiful with a wide variety of options, and all service requests were responded to quickly. When checking out, they kindly asked if I wanted to take two bottles of water with me. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Luoyang!

The location is fantastic, right next to the subway, making it easy to get to attractions like Yingtianmen. Taxis are also very affordable if you prefer. The service was excellent. I usually stay at Atour or Ji Hotel but never bothered with a membership; however, I signed up for one here. The room environment was lovely, but the air conditioning was set a bit too high, making it a little warm. Overall, everything was great. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit—it's so convenient and offers excellent value for money. The late-night congee service was a nice touch, very unique and thoughtful.

Although Dongshan Longyue isn't officially star-rated, my overall stay far exceeded expectations. The hotel rooms were meticulously clean, and being able to smoke in the room was a really thoughtful touch! The interior was tidy and odor-free, and both the bedding and bathroom facilities were spotless and hygienic, perfectly meeting all basic daily living needs.
The biggest advantage of this hotel is its superb location. It's situated right inside the Longmen Grottoes scenic area, just 200 meters from the grottoes entrance. There's no need to rush in the morning or spend time commuting to and from the site; you can reach the attractions with just a short walk, saving a significant amount of travel time. This is especially convenient for visitors specifically coming to explore the grottoes.
Star rating aside, the clean rooms combined with the unparalleled location made me feel like I was sharing a mountain with the Great Buddha.

The hotel gave us a gift of fruit yogurt when we checked in. There was ice lemon water in the lobby, and there was also a rubbing experience booth where children could try it. The surrounding area is a new building, so parking is convenient, but it may be a bit inconvenient to get to various attractions (if you are not driving). The window of the room we stayed in on the first night faced the viaduct, and the noise of cars and people talking on the road at night kept me awake all night. The next day, they helped us change the room, which was much better. The service was good, and the room was also suitable for practicing calligraphy.

Guest UserOur family of three specifically chose the Ancient Capital Stroll Hotel for our trip to Luoyang, and our stay far exceeded expectations. The location is absolutely perfect, right next to all the major attractions. It was incredibly convenient to take a post-dinner stroll to Luoyi Ancient City and Shizi Street Night Market, without the hassle of constantly hailing taxis, which was a huge relief when traveling with elders and children.
The room itself was spacious and airy, with soft, clean beds. The entire room was spotless and free of any odors. The hotel thoughtfully provided children's toiletries, anticipating the needs of families, and the service was gentle, patient, and quick to respond to any issues. The breakfast offered a wide variety of authentic Luoyang specialties, catering to all ages.
The overall ambiance was peaceful and elegant, with a strong ancient charm. It made getting around, dining, and staying so comfortable. The value for money is outstanding, making it an ideal base for families visiting Luoyang. I highly recommend it to other families planning a trip here.

Before coming to Luoyang, I did countless hours of research, but what truly blew me away wasn't the grandeur of the Sui and Tang Dynasties' historical sites, but rather my stay at the Guyu Jingzhou King City Hotel. This is, without a doubt, the most welcoming and detail-oriented hotel I've stayed in for years. There's simply no comparison, and I must dedicate the longest possible review to share this delightful surprise with every traveler heading to Luoyang.
**Location:** It's right next to Zhouwangcheng Square, a mere 10-minute walk. The surrounding area is bursting with local life; the late-night snacks of Xigong Xiaojie and the hustle and bustle of Wangfujing are all within easy reach. You can pop back to the hotel for a rest anytime you get tired from exploring. The subway station is just a few hundred meters away, making trips to the Longmen Grottoes and Luoyang Station super convenient. If you're driving, there's even free parking, so absolutely no worries about transportation.
**Facilities:** The facilities perfectly blend modern comfort with ancient charm. The smart voice control lets you open/close curtains and adjust the air conditioning just by speaking – a godsend for anyone feeling a bit lazy! The toilet is smart and electric, and the bathroom has excellent wet/dry separation with no unpleasant odors. The whole house fresh air and water purification systems provide extra peace of mind. There's a large, crystal-clear high-definition TV. The room also comes equipped with a tea set, tea bags, and complimentary bottled water. The tatami area is perfect for enjoying tea and relaxing – the attention to detail is truly impressive.
**Breakfast:** Breakfast absolutely deserves its own special mention! In the morning, they offer Hu Spicy Soup, beef noodles, and wontons – so authentic, just like a local long-standing eatery. Besides Luoyang specialties, there are also Western pastries, hot porridge with side dishes, and fresh fruit. The spread is well-balanced with both meat and vegetables, and caters to both Chinese and Western tastes, ensuring both seniors and children leave satisfied. The staff proactively ask about your preferences and offer thoughtful recommendations. A warm breakfast truly doubles the happiness, setting you up perfectly for a day of eating and exploring.
**Service:** The service here truly touched my heart! The 24-hour front desk is incredibly responsive, from the warm guidance during check-in to the daily scheduled housekeeping; every step is meticulously handled. Xiao He's service was particularly attentive; she proactively helped us plan our sightseeing routes, recommended lesser-known spots, and even reminded us about the lighting show times at Yingtianmen. During our three-day stay, they consistently brought water and cleaned our room. As it was peony season when we visited, they even gave us peony seeds when we checked out – I was genuinely surprised and delighted!
Choosing this hotel for our Luoyang trip was definitely the right decision. I will certainly stay here again on my next visit to Luoyang. I sincerely recommend this hotel to every friend traveling to Luoyang; staying here will definitely give you a different kind of service experience.
