The location is excellent—it's very close to the Metro. Walking to Macquarie Centre only takes around 11 minutes as well. The surrounding area is a low-density commercial district, which makes the environment very comfortable. Service is generally good: the front desk staff are friendly and were able to resolve my issues promptly. Because I selected the wrong room type, the staff kindly arranged for my final three nights in another room. Even though there was a difference in price, it was only about AUD 10 per day. What surprised me most was that the room came equipped with a fridge, a washer-dryer, an induction cooktop, an oven, dishwasher and a coffee machine. For tourists, I think it’s a 10/10 experience—next time, I would definitely choose to stay here again. The only drawback is that no one cleans on Sundays. There are always small oversights with housekeeping. One night, there was a dirty cloth left in my room. After I reported it, the front desk staff handled it promptly. These are small issues, and I hope the hotel can improve housekeeping so everything stays consistent.

The hotel has a great location, very close and convenient to Sydney train station. Plus, they offer free breakfast, and the Japanese staff at the front desk were incredibly helpful. However, the room layout was really odd. Why would they put the toilet right by the outermost window instead of in a separate room? This left the main room with no windows, which felt very awkward.

The staff were friendly and polite, check-in and check-out were smooth, and they were quick to provide assistance when needed. The hotel's location was convenient, with good transportation and dining options nearby. Overall, it's great value for money and I had a very comfortable stay. I would consider staying here again next time I'm in the area, and I highly recommend it to other travelers!

Excellent! Initially, I was a bit worried after reading reviews about it being unfriendly and noisy, but I found that wasn't the case. The hotel is cleaned daily and is very tidy. The room was spacious and had a balcony. It's true there's a bar downstairs, and if you leave the windows open at night, it can be a bit loud. However, the balcony has double-glazed windows, and once closed, it's quiet. One thing to note is that the hotel rooms with kitchens have an induction hob where the pot automatically heats up if it's not removed, and you can't just turn it off directly, which is different from what I'm used to. One day, the alarm went off because a neighbor burnt something, which gave us quite a fright. Thankfully, it was a false alarm. Overall, the room was large and comfortable, and it's very close to Darling Harbour, so you can enjoy the night view. The value for money is really high.

Booked a family room. The room was spacious and clean. The location is excellent, and transportation is very convenient. Stayed in Sydney for four nights, and it was easy to get everywhere. We tried all sorts of transportation methods. If I have the chance to visit Sydney again, I would definitely consider staying at Vibe again! 👍🏻

The geographical location is superior, making travel convenient, and the bedding was very comfortable to sleep in. I would choose to stay here again next time, highly recommended! Facilities: Well-equipped. Cleanliness: Clean and tidy. Service: Good. Ambiance: The hotel isn't soundproof, so it can be a bit noisy at night with cars passing by on the street. It's in Chinatown, an Asian crew hotel, convenient for getting to the city center and a handy meeting point for one-day tours.

It's in a great location and the unit is quite spacious but unfortunately that's about as good as it gets. Parking is an extra fee which I didn't see mentioned anywhere and despite booking through trip.com reception takes a $200 security deposit. There's no direct access to the units from the parking garage and no lifts to higher levels. We had a lot of luggage as a family of 6 but it was manageable for us as we were on ground floor it might be an issue for people on higher floors. The receptionist said ”Oh, you've got a nice room!” So we had high hopes. The unit presented well at first but there were no mesh screens on the doors or windows so we couldn't open them to get any fresh air, the shower door in the ensuite didn't close properly and the floor gets soaked, even with the exhaust on in the main bathroom it filled up with so much condensation after a morning shower that the walls and floor were wet all day resulting in both me and my youngest child slipping over. Luckily neither of us were hurt. We were only given 4 towels even though I put 6 people on our booking details and we were in a room that sleeps 6. There was a cigarette lighter left on the bed head, smashed coffee mug under the vanity in one of the bathrooms, food packets/rubbish under the couches, hole in the wall, window missing a piece of trim. There was something on the couch so I used a baby wipe to wipe it off and the entire wipe was black so I don't think the couches ever get wiped over. We were there for 4 nights 5 days and housekeeping came to our unit once. As all 6 of us were all inside at the time I said ”there's just some rubbish and one bed that needs clean sheets please” The ladies did those things then asked if we'd like them to vacuum, I said yes please and they left, I assumed to get the vacuum, but they didn't come back. On our 1st morning we were walking down to the parking and noticed 3 used syringes in the garden outside our unit, we told reception and the man said ”someone probably dropped them” We made it clear to him that they were used and had exposed tips. When we arrived back that afternoon, they were still in the garden and in fact still there days later when we checked out.

This hotel is in an excellent location, walking distance to Town Hall, Woolworths and the main street filled with food. However it is below a hill so elderly must take care. The studio I stayed in was nice and clean but the facilities are dedicated quite old. The kitchenette had a bad smell. Fortunately I can close the sliding door to the bedroom so it is not affected. The price was very satisfactory. If you can overlook the age, this is an excellent property.

Brilliant. On the water, just far enough away from the busy CBD yet you can walk there for shopping, beautiful walks around the point and through the gardens, all staff provided fabulous service, incredible wharf converted into modern hotel, loved the brekkie too. Would definitely stay again. Thank you Team Ovolo!
