Hotel was overall a great experience. Staff were always responsive to requests but found a couple of times that the towel had stains, though staff was always quick and apologetic to replace them. Some occasions, we left the hotel quite late and staff hadn’t cleaned the room, so to make sure we usually had to call concierge just to make sure they cleaned the room (to be fair we left quite late at 4-5pm at times).

Always a pleasure to stay here. Great ambience and location and the service is also fast and efficient.

This is a great place to stay generally although no fault to there own is the new metro construction works taking place with 24/7 works humming away outside your window. Take ear plugs or stay elsewhere for the next few years. Alternately this place is great minus the noise.

Room was clean and tidy and room assigned to us somewhat had a great view. the service at reception area was good too

We stayed in the apartments. There was a washing machine and a sink with stove top. They also had single packets of laundry wash detergents, which was very generous. It's right in front of Wynyard station and the light rail so very convenient to move around. The hotel was very clean but it was also very small even for two.
