GGuest UserI spent a 5 nights at My Story Rossio and here are some of my thoughts: PROS: - Excellent location. Hard to beat this prime location. It's at the heart of the city with lots of things to do in proximity. There's also a Metro station across from it so you can take the subway directly from the airport. - Nice decors and overall pretty clean. CONS: - The biggest issue I had during my stay was the poor structure of the building leading to disturbing loud noises. During housekeeping hours, the door to the cleaning supplies kept being slammed. Every time it was slammed, my whole room shook and I jumped up. I called the front desk asking if they could be more gentle with the doors. I was told that that was the way housekeeping was and to call back only if it still happened after 5pm (after housekeeping hours). It was impossible to get any rest during the day. I understand that housekeepers need to do their job but I wonder if this issue could be fixed simply by changing the door hinge to a slow close hinge. Also, in the middle of the night, I would wake up by the creaking noises of people above me when they walked across the room. - Second issue was the thermostat. It was not adjustable and could only be controlled by the front desk. For some reason, the hotel decided that all the rooms needed to be in heating mode during the night. It was so hot and stuffy that I was not able to sleep for many nights. I had to call the front desk in the middle of the night to turn it off but sometimes it would automatically switch back on. Then I requested to have the cooling instead of heating on but it would be too cold at night and there was no way to dial it myself. So throughout my stay, it would feel like being inside either a sauna or a freezer.

GGuest UserWe had a lovely stay at this hotel in Lisbon. Everything was great, and the overall experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking a large park right in front, which made our stay even more special. The bed was very big and extremely comfortable – we absolutely loved it! The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserFirst of all, one of the staff members was friendly and kind. She gave me clear instructions and showed me around the facility. I could drop off my luggage both before check-in and after check-out, which was helpful. The room was clean and spacious. The only problem was the number of bathrooms. There are only a few bathrooms on the floor. Each one includes a toilet, sink, and shower, but it’s only for one person. It was always occupied, which was really inconvenient. Unfortunately, a large group of students stayed on the same floor during my stay for a school event or something. They had been using all the bathrooms for a long time. As a result, I had to wait for around 2 hours even though I wanted to go to sleep early. But to sum up, it was a good stay, considering the price.

PPimmy**We have a great stay at the 7 hotel. We definitely return and recommend the place to everyone we know who will visit Lisbon. Everything was perfect for our 3 nights stay. My mom was sick, so we spend most of the time in the room and there was no problem. The room, even though not super big, however, has everything we needed. More than enough supplies of toilets and kitchen amenities. The bathroom is also functioning. I wish there could be a hanger for face cleaning and shampoo, I saw there maybe use to be one but it’s broken, hopefully the hotel repair them soon. The location couldn’t be better, it’s near to Santa Justa elevator and Baixa metro was just step away. Shopping street and bus stop was right in front. We were right in the city center, yet the noise wasn’t so much. We sleep perfectly. On the arrival day, we arrived at 14.00PM after the long 24 hours and 3 connecting flights. The staff are very kind to let us in early for an hour which was really appreciated. On the check out date, we also able to check out 15 mins late which was great too. We book with breakfast included, I love the pancakes and my mom just love the hot scramble eggs, sourdough and watermelon. Even though, the choices wasn’t a lot like a lot, but everything was tasty. Overall, recommended

GGuest UserStaff very accommodating and helpful. Room was very small but clean. TV was very small, couple we travelled with their TV was bigger. ☹ Breakfast was adequate and staff very attentive when replenishing items. Good location, Metro 50m away, easy walk into city centre if you are average Motability. Cobbles get slippy be aware.. Very good value for money overall, would certainly consider stopping again if visiting Lisbon. 👍👍

The room is pretty clean, though the age of the amenities can be seen. There's a Lidl nearby for grabbing necessities and snacks. Staff are friendly and helpful.

SSefy LevyThis hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
