3-Star Hotels in Lisbon

On the first night, the room provided did not match my original reservation, and it was only on the second night that I was moved to the correct room. However, The staff were exceptionally attentive and eager to assist. The room itself was spacious, with strong water pressure, and body lotion was provided. For breakfast, there were egg tarts available on some days, though they were slightly too sweet for my taste. Overall, the breakfast selection was quite comprehensive and offered almost everything one might wish to have. In particular, the male staff member in the breakfast room provided excellent service and took great care of the guests.

From the moment I arrived in the Hotel Florescente, until I left, the Lady on reception was extremely helpful attentive and kind. Although I hoped for a 3 night stay, there was only 2 nights available due to Bad Bunny coming to town. However the Lady soon arranged accommodation for me at a nearby hotel and when I asked about transport options for my trip to the National Football Stadium, the Lady soon arranged this for me and spoke to the Driver in Portuguese to ease my communication for the journey ahead. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel, not only is it Clean, the location is ideal and the Service is EXCELLENT. Well Done to the Lady, whose name I should have noted for special praise. Thank You. I loved my stay at the Star Inn Lisbon Airport. I did not have a lot of expectations going in because it was just an airport hotel, but I was pleasantly surprised by my experience there. They served breakfast from 2 a.m. to 11 a.m., taking care of those who had an early flight to catch. The staff members were friendly and helpful, and I especially liked the experience at the bar. You could opt to take the drinks back to your room and enjoy them, or you could sit comfortably inside the dining area.

From start to finish Dom Carlos Park did not disappoint. Helpful staff took our bag up stairs on arrival. Storage was available until our room was ready, map was given when requested to help us find our bearings. Room clean with fridge with selection of minibar which could be purchased, safe was also available. Towels were large and fluffy. Bed comfortable, with lovely pillows, black out curtains to help sleep. Room service used first night with excellent food . Breakfast was excellent good range of food. It was occasional busy and we were asked to wait in the lounge area but again well looked after and as soon as space was available we were taken in to wait. Hotel is in a good location, a gentle walk down the avenue liberdade everyday to where the action is, such as Rossio Station where we caught the train to Sintra. Great hotel would stay again. Pros: The public area on the first basement level is huge, and the kitchen is also very large, connecting to a garden, which is lovely. Cons: There are only shared restrooms and showers. The showers are push-button style, so you have to keep pressing them. However, there are several restrooms and showers on each floor, which is quite sufficient, and I didn't have to queue. Location: There are quite a few slopes nearby; you'll need to walk uphill from the subway station. If you have a lot of luggage, I recommend taking a taxi. Cleanliness: Good, very clean.

The hotel was great location and the receptionists was amazing. They were very helpful and welcoming. Each and every one of them (The reception staff). The facilities was ok but the room wasn't well designed as I could get my suitcase/luggage to the other side as the bed as in the way, it was in the hallway which wasn't that much space. The sound at the place was 50/50. Some days was good to sleep and other days was not good to sleep due to the sound. The cleanliness that was a different level. The showers was disgusting and dirty, the shower door couldn't close which means the floor was all wet. The cleaners was another story, it was a hit and miss with them, some days they delivery the towels and replace it and other days there was not any towels but they taken away to clean :( The bed was always made.

The hotel is good in terms of rooms and facilities. The free luggage storage before and after check-in was a great advantage for us. Buses pass in front of the hotel, and there's also the Intendente metro station. The metro makes it very easy to get to the city center and the airport. The staff at the reception were also very helpful.

Breakfast was very good, and the service was good too. The rooms weren't the same as the three I booked; one was spacious and had a coffee machine, the other two were very small and didn't even have a bottle of water, which you had to request at reception with a 10 euro deposit. I'll attach a photo. The noise is another negative aspect, both from the planes and from the water pipes and corridors.

This hostel is located about 3km walk from the center city, but does have some close by attractions (such as the Jeronimo's Monetary) The room is extremely small, if you seat on the edge of the bed and try to stretch your legs, you'll most likely hit the wall. We had our room replaced, as the first room had zero privacy for the toilet and the second room gave the illusion of privacy (as you can see in photos) We've not seen any of the management, as everything is done thru WhatsApp to contact them and they will respond. Breakfast was OK, it had a bit of choices but there was more cakes and cookies then actual food.
