The hotel is conveniently located within a five-minute walk from the subway station, and there's a small supermarket nearby. The room was clean and well-lit, and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. Overall, it was a great stay.

The hotel's location is excellent. It's slightly removed from the main tourist attractions, which makes it very pleasant and quiet. There are no inconveniences as it's close to a plaza, a park, a department store, and a subway station. Getting to the main tourist spots is also very easy from here. Highly recommended!

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Lisbon. Everything was great, and the overall experience was very comfortable and enjoyable. Our room had a beautiful view overlooking a large park right in front, which made our stay even more special. The bed was very big and extremely comfortable – we absolutely loved it! The atmosphere of the hotel was warm and relaxing, and we truly enjoyed our time here. We would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

On the first night, the room provided did not match my original reservation, and it was only on the second night that I was moved to the correct room. However, The staff were exceptionally attentive and eager to assist. The room itself was spacious, with strong water pressure, and body lotion was provided. For breakfast, there were egg tarts available on some days, though they were slightly too sweet for my taste. Overall, the breakfast selection was quite comprehensive and offered almost everything one might wish to have. In particular, the male staff member in the breakfast room provided excellent service and took great care of the guests.

Portugal is full of hills, so I guess it's to be expected, but even though the hotel was visible from the metro and seemed close, it was tough to haul my suitcase up that last slope. As for amenities, there were no tissues or slippers. However, the front desk staff were all incredibly friendly, greeting me every time I left.

The hotel's location is excellent, situated at the northern end of Liberty Avenue, making it very convenient to get around. There's a subway station right downstairs, about 50 meters away. As for other facilities, it's pretty much on par with an average, older domestic business hotel. It's acceptably clean, and while the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's enough to fill you up. The staff are all very good, and any requests are promptly responded to and met.

The soundproofing was mediocre, and the room size and cleanliness were just okay. When checking in, a receptionist named Lily told us our room was ready and asked us to wait nearby until she called us. However, all the foreigners who came after us went straight to check-in and got their room cards. After waiting for half an hour, I had to find another front desk staff member to check in. Lily then chimed in, saying, "I didn't forget, you can see I'm really busy right now" 🙄. The rest of the stay was actually fine, so it seems it wasn't necessarily bad service overall, but rather discrimination from Lily.
