AAnonymous UserWent on a public holiday and Melaka is jam as hell.. This hotel is just beside a super jam road and because we can’t manage to find any parking in and around the hotel, we jammed multiple hours just to get to the hotel to find nearby parking.. It’s crazy, maybe it’s due to public holiday but the whole experience is just so overwhelming. But inside the hotel, staff are nice, room is overall okay, but I’ll never visit this hotel again😔

ZZhouyoulieguodeshaguaIt feels a bit like a hostel, but the hygiene is good, and you have to take off your shoes when you enter. There's a very cute and friendly cat. On the first night, there was no hot water, but it was resolved after I reported it. The concept of Swallow's Nest is environmental protection and energy saving, so sometimes it feels inconvenient, but on second thought, it's not bad. The room is quite small, and the bathroom design is extremely compact. Since they don't provide breakfast, the hotel offers free instant noodles and coffee packets. The lobby on the first floor feels like a living room at home. It's very comfortable to sit and chat with a cup of Milo before bed.

GGuest UserRight outside is the Malacca River, and it's within walking distance to all the main attractions in the city, which is super convenient! The facilities are a bit old but very clean. Most of the staff are Indian, and their service was actually quite good.

SSimans HewGood hotel with decent cleanliness & breakfast included in the room package. Would recommend should you need a short stay.
Room & toilet : spacious with a king bed & 4 pillow provided. Iron & iron board provided in a room with spacious space for big luggage / working space. Toilet have no shower screen, old painting started to peel off. Towel provided. No designated parking for hotel but Majlis parking available in front of the hotel (payable via apps on day time).
Breakfast : great selection of breakfast - Nasi Lemak, Kurt Teow Goreng, Wedges, Fried sausages, coffee tea, cereal, bread, salad station, fruits, soup/mee station. Only downside no egg station
Other downside is you have to pay for RM10 should you need extra pillow
Location wise is great - 5 minutes walk to local tourist attractions like A Famosa etc. lots of Adam Pedas shop selection within the hotel location as well. 10-15 mins walk to Mahkota Parade, local mall.

DdeemonoConveniently located in the middle of Jonker Walk which allows you to explore most the weekend activities by just walking. You can just walk back to the hotel to freshen up and them go out again. The only minus point is that it can get too noisy at night as the room is facing the street where the street activities are going on.

GGuest UserI had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The bed was cozy, and the amenities provided were thoughtful and well-maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in the room setup, which made the overall experience even more enjoyable.

AAaira_ammarThe spacious family room offered stunning ocean views, and the hotel facilities, including a large pool, sea view and bath tub . beyond expectation ! but Long waiting for lift to checkout due to The time between a hotel's standard checkout . I understand when housekeeping has the fewest hours to turn over the rooms, so any late checkouts are particularly disruptive.

NNancy_MaCleanliness: The sheets were shockingly dirty, either unwashed or not properly cleaned. The duvet also had many stains.
Environment: It's located in a residential area, so it's quiet. The security guard at the entrance was also very diligent and responsible. There's a nice restaurant downstairs called Brew House, open from afternoon until late at night. Their fried small crabs are definitely worth trying.
Service: I was a bit anxious beforehand as I couldn't get in touch, but on the day of my stay, they did respond promptly.
Facilities: I arrived too late and didn't get to use much, so I'm not really clear about them.

Our stay at Melaka Apartment Hotel was truly enjoyable and exceeded our expectations in many ways. One of the first things we appreciated was the spacious and ample parking area—a big plus, especially when traveling with family by car. We never had to worry about finding a spot.
The location is also a major highlight. It's close to the city center, popular attractions, and plenty of dining options, making it easy to explore Melaka without spending too much time on the road. Whether you're in the mood for sightseeing or just looking for local food, everything is just a short drive or walk away.
The apartment came with a balcony facing the sea, and this was easily one of our favorite features. It was so relaxing to sit outside, feel the sea breeze, and watch the cruise ships from a distance—a simple but memorable experience that added a peaceful touch to our trip.
The swimming pool was large and clean, perfect for both adults and kids. Our children especially had a great time splashing around and enjoying themselves, which made the stay even more worthwhile for us as parents.
Overall, Melaka Apartment Hotel offers comfort, convenience, and scenic charm—ideal for families looking for a short getaway with everything within easy reach. We would definitely return!
