Alfredo KExceed my expectations!. This was my first stay here and overall a very good experience. The location is great close to top attractions and easily walkable.
The bed and pillows were very comfortable, making for a restful night. The room ensuite with bathroom that comes with new WC and completes with high pressure rain shower, hot & cold water, shampoo and body washer. The AC in the room is good and a wall fan to circulate the cold air in the room.
The hotel is clean and very close to Red Square. The locker is provided with towel, slippers, toothbrush and a bottle of drinking water.
The front desk staff were friendly & informative. The hotel is cozy, new and well-maintained with a lift and a clean pool. Even with a 3 star hotel, it feels like a 4 star hotel.
The self service simple breakfast offering mini croissant, white bread, jam, butter, local made ”kaya”, cereals & cornflakes with milk, fruits such as orange & papaya and hard boiled egg. Breakfast starts at 8 AM to end at 10AM. Coffee & Tea served with milk creamer & sugar.
The common area has a lot of seating to chill and the public areas invite socialization with other guests.
The Coffee & Tea served whole day at the common area with Coway filtered water machine that comes with Hot & Cold Water. The hair dryer, an iron and iron board are provided at the common area.
The most greatest plus point of this place is its location, you can walk to Jonker Street, Dataran Pahlawan & Mahkota Parada Mall and A Formosa within 5 to 10 mins.
The service was impeccable, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and the service staff went above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.
The central location made exploring the city convenient. Highly recommended to anyone visiting Malacca and for sure I will come back again.

ZhouyoulieguodeshaguaIt feels a bit like a hostel, but the hygiene is good, and you have to take off your shoes when you enter. There's a very cute and friendly cat. On the first night, there was no hot water, but it was resolved after I reported it. The concept of Swallow's Nest is environmental protection and energy saving, so sometimes it feels inconvenient, but on second thought, it's not bad. The room is quite small, and the bathroom design is extremely compact. Since they don't provide breakfast, the hotel offers free instant noodles and coffee packets. The lobby on the first floor feels like a living room at home. It's very comfortable to sit and chat with a cup of Milo before bed.

Anonymous UserRun by a Chinese owner, the ground floor houses a restaurant that seems to cater to tour groups. The hotel rooms are spacious and well-equipped, featuring central air conditioning and USB charging ports, so no adapters are needed. Its location is excellent, right near Jonker Street and with the Malacca River just behind it. The only downside might be the small and slow elevator. There's a 100 MYR cash deposit required for the stay, which is refunded instantly upon check-out.

Anonymous UserThe location is very good. Walking distance to town and historical sites around 15 minutes. Hotel breakfast tastes good authentic Malay style. The only thing the drawback is the traffic, can hear music from the Trishaw . Very noisy. And the air con water is leaking . After maintenance services, the air con still continues to leak..

hahahahahahaMy 3rd stay was an excellent, fuss free experience that stood out for its incredible convenience. The hotel offers fantastic accessibility with great, hassle free access to the main roads and its location is unbeatable. Its situated right next to vibrant commercial shop lots, making it extremely easy to walk to nearby convenience stores and a 24hour self service dobby. Food lovers will absolutely appreciate that it is just a short drive away from klebang coconut shake and kuih keria spots. Inside the property, the hotel provides wonderful, practical and simple amenities that cover all the essentials perfectly for a comfortable night's rest. Everything about the stay was positive, making it a highly recommended

Melaka Apartment Hotel – A Relaxing Stay with a View
Our stay at Melaka Apartment Hotel was truly enjoyable and exceeded our expectations in many ways. One of the first things we appreciated was the spacious and ample parking area—a big plus, especially when traveling with family by car. We never had to worry about finding a spot.
The location is also a major highlight. It's close to the city center, popular attractions, and plenty of dining options, making it easy to explore Melaka without spending too much time on the road. Whether you're in the mood for sightseeing or just looking for local food, everything is just a short drive or walk away.
The apartment came with a balcony facing the sea, and this was easily one of our favorite features. It was so relaxing to sit outside, feel the sea breeze, and watch the cruise ships from a distance—a simple but memorable experience that added a peaceful touch to our trip.
The swimming pool was large and clean, perfect for both adults and kids. Our children especially had a great time splashing around and enjoying themselves, which made the stay even more worthwhile for us as parents.
Overall, Melaka Apartment Hotel offers comfort, convenience, and scenic charm—ideal for families looking for a short getaway with everything within easy reach. We would definitely return!

Bohari YaacobWhat u see in the photos are true. Clean and tidy apartment with plates n bowls nicely laid out on the dining table. Easy check in/out and free parking. Management is efficient in communication and kind enough to grant late check out. They have an arcade n pool tables room/late nite snacks counter at the ground floor which closes at 12am. They also have a stall selling cup corns and waffles. Pool is big and exciting especially for kids. The adult pool and kids pool are separated with nice view n close at 10pm. Security guards are friendly. Will come again next time!

The spacious family room offered stunning ocean views, and the hotel facilities, including a large pool, sea view and bath tub . beyond expectation ! but Long waiting for lift to checkout due to The time between a hotel's standard checkout . I understand when housekeeping has the fewest hours to turn over the rooms, so any late checkouts are particularly disruptive.

Jessicatan50This is our go-to hotel every time we visit Malacca. It's affordable, the location is great, and there's plenty of parking. The only downside is the poor soundproofing; I hope they improve that. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip.
