AAnonymous UserGreat location if you like to be at the cultural heart of melbourne. near local markets, many great cafes and wjne bars and walking distance from 2 tram stops. amenities, service and bedding with all excellent. however, room was very small and bathroom had no privacy.

GGuest UserVery clean, nice renovated rooms with all amenities including microwave. Very comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of luggage space. Coffee/tea/sugar and biscuits. Each room has it's own designated parking. Reception woman was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend it and will definitely be staying again soon

GGuest UserOur stay was fine. Staff polite. Food on site was ok. Wanted to store our luggage before able to check in but the area available had a shutter door which didnât lock.
Some rooms over look boarding kennels. Nothing in the area apart from URBNSURF great place to have food and watch the surfing. Three little Ducks food excellent definitely recommend here .

Xxincinsuper lovely staff, let me check in abit earlier and plenty of space in the room with comfy bed :) right near tramline and 15ish min walk to palais theatre where i had a concert so super convenient! no elevator incase you have big luggage but it was fine for me and super cool artwork around the place. thanks!

GGuest UserThe photos on there site show a pool, we got there the pool has weeds growing out of it . Very disappointed and the Beds are very hard as well. The restaurant has closed down as well. The room was clean but know room service so your on your own if you run out of tea and coffee. Thank god we had a microwave so we could still eat.

EEmel CoppenLovely vibes, cool chill areas, community bar and community events plus the staff especially the lovely guy who booked me in was Amazing. However it's a very crappy old building with Nil working properly showers and broken toilets. I had 1 night in a nice female room which I barely even saw as I was out and Tried to rest at a 2nd booking being shoved into a mixed smelly weird noisy dorm on a top bunk with ****** knocking on the door at all hrs, one guy snoring and another twat on the phone I told off. Was stressful and I hadn't a Warm shower in a working functioning bathroom in 2 days. Not returning. If you like noisy rude tourists and old buildings with no lift carrying your bags everywhere and no showers, great!

MMandy PuaVery convenient location as it just 10mins walk to Melbourne central. The rmit university and swanston tram station right in front of the hotel building. Donât have enough time to enjoy pool and sauna as it opens from 7am-9pm only. The only dissatisfied is I donât know that the room service is provided. On the 4th night of our stay while we entered the room after one day trip, we realized that the cleaner has actually entered and cleaned our room without asking our permission. Imagine what if our goods have went missing, can the hotel management beared the cost of our loss? Please do not enter the room without inform customer, customer will ask for room cleaning if they really want the service.

CCherry.CherryI keep returning here for my business trips because the location is very convenient and easy to access. Close to shops, restaurants, and transport, which makes everything much easier after a long day. The place is clean, comfortable, and suitable for both short and long stays. Staff were also friendly and helpful during my visits. Highly recommend for business travelers.

We checked into the room and there was dirt on all surfaces, it felt like it hadn't been cleaned for a long, long time, even minimally.
There is breakfast, but it's very weak.
There is parking on site, really at no extra charge
Excellent location, about 15 minutes walk to the city center through a beautiful area and park.
30 minutes walk to the Botanical Garden
