It was an overall worthwhile and satisfactory experience. There was one incident though where I requested for a cab service to DCA on the night before I checked out. There was no reservation made. It’s quite disappointing but it nevertheless worked out for me since I had other means. But had I not, I would have thrown a fit! At the very least they should have reconfirmed with me at the time I checked out if I still needed the cab service.
Apart from this, all else was great- the food choices for breakfast, even the coffee and tea options. Location was also great since it was quite near the White House and CVS. The room was also about right size for a single occupant, clean and with adequate amenities.

This was my first trip to Washington, D.C. Because I snore quite loudly and didn't want to disturb other guests, I opted for a capsule-style room instead of a typical hostel. Although the space wasn't large, the amenities were excellent, and the privacy was great, making me feel very comfortable. The staff at the front desk were friendly and attentive, and they even offered a breakfast discount for guests – a very thoughtful touch. The hotel was conveniently located next to a subway and bus station. Whether you're traveling independently or staying for a short vacation, I highly recommend this accommodation – convenient and comfortable!

LONGThere is coffee on the first floor, courteous service, soft and hard beds, large rooms, classic style, separate bathroom, hot air conditioning and TV, and the price is not high

Posted on Apr 30, 2026|Single Capsule In 10 Capsule Cabin Female Only
Guest UserOnly consider this place if you absolutely can't find anything better. The check-in system is incredibly complicated. It's all self-service based on instructions on the door, but nobody gets it right on the first try! You get stressed, the code doesn't work, something goes wrong. There are no keys; everything is done via your phone: you enter a code for the outer hostel door, then another code for the inner door, then a code to enter your room, then a code for your capsule, and finally a code for your locker. It's a nightmare. And when things don't work right away, or at all, it's incredibly frustrating. The location is good, yes, but there aren't many cafes, restaurants, or shops nearby. Finding food will be difficult. Our room had 10 female-only sleeping pods. Thank God nobody snored, but: someone came in at 11 PM, someone arrived from the airport at 1 AM to check in, someone else had a 5 AM train and needed to get to the station. People are constantly opening and closing suitcases, and the room feels like a revolving door. It's all very loud. The capsule doors open and close very, very loudly, and people talk inside them too. It's incredibly hard to sleep. If you're sensitive to noise, it's impossible. The bathrooms are quite clean; I can't complain, they're decent. The shower pressure is good, the hot water is good, and there were no queues. Yes, there's some hair lying around, but what do you expect with so many people? As mentioned in previous reviews, no breakfast is provided, even though it's listed. There's a kitchen with all the utensils, and that's it. If you want, you can buy groceries and cook. There's a hot/cold water dispenser, salt/sugar, and spices. That's all. There's a laundry service for $10. Hairdryers, irons, and ironing boards are free. The Wi-Fi is good everywhere. The hostel has 3 floors, and if your room is on the 3rd floor, like mine was, lugging a heavy suitcase up those high stairs is quite an experience. In short, if you're really pinching pennies for 1-2 nights, it might be an option, but it's better to pay a bit more and find something with a private room, even if it has a shared bathroom/toilet on the floor. At least you'll be sleeping alone in your room.

Guest UserThe hotel location is very good, very quiet, there is a bus right outside, and it is not far to the main attractions such as the White House, which is very convenient. The facilities are very complete. Although it is very old-fashioned, I like a small public restaurant on the first floor. There are microwave ovens and coffee. The best thing is hot water. The owner is very nice, booked a double room for a twin room and slept comfortably. There is a small supermarket a few steps away, and some do not eat, which is indeed an economical choice.

THOMASI’ve stayed here a lot recently. Nothing is as good as my first time there. Last time the room had spider webs it was disappointing. The most recent my reservation was for one night. There was a lot of loud activity at intervals during the night When I finally got to sleep … EARLY AM some child called my room 3 times the last time she said that I was making too much noise tgenight before when asked for her Mother or an adult she hang up. Later that evening I found out I needed to stay another night. OMG !! Loud noise all night long KIDS sounded like they were running the olympics called the desk they said they would send security. The still kept up the nose and running. Finally got to sleep 7-730 I thought they were doing construction. Unbelievable. The Hotel has three sections I hope the next stay won’t be in two or three

There was an important event in Washington, and all the major hotels were booked or extremely expensive, so we chose this one. It's actually a motel, and I can't say much about it, after all, the price is there.

董Clean and tidy, but the hardware facilities are too old, there are many restaurants and Wal-Mart around, there are several gas stations are much cheaper than the city, the price is not bad for self-driving tour
