My wife and I just finished a wonderful 3-night stay at the citizenM Georgetown, and it was absolutely fantastic! The hotel is brand new, perfectly designed, and the location is unbeatable—you are right on the edge of Georgetown and within walking distance to everything you could possibly need. What really stood out to us was the incredible staff. They are so thoughtful and genuinely went out of their way to make us happy with all the fine, personalized details. The rooms are spotless and incredibly practical, and as someone who appreciates good tech, I loved how seamlessly the smart room controls were integrated. Plus, the beds are massive and ridiculously comfortable—we slept like babies! They offer a smaller breakfast buffet, but don't let the size fool you; every single item was incredibly fresh, high-quality, and delicious. I especially want to give a massive 5-star shoutout to the wonderful person working the morning shift at reception—thank you for making our mornings so welcoming! We loved our stay and highly recommend this hotel.
