Check-in was a breeze, and I found the hotel to be very conveniently located near public transportation. Overall, the atmosphere was quite pleasant, and the other guests were very respectful. Both the facilities and amenities were pretty satisfying. If you're a solo traveler looking for a happy and comfortable stay, this place is a great option.

Our experience at Moov Hotel Porto was simply excellent. From the moment we checked in to check out, everything was fast, professional, and very welcoming. The hotel stands out for its privileged location in the heart of Porto, making it easy to visit the city's main tourist attractions on foot. The room was very modern, comfortable, very clean, and well soundproofed, providing a quiet and relaxing stay. The staff was always friendly, helpful, and available to assist with anything we needed. The hotel's ambiance combines history and modernity, making the experience even more special. Without a doubt, it offers excellent value for money and is a place I recommend to anyone looking for comfort, practicality, and a great location to discover the city of Porto. I will definitely be back on my next visit! 👌👌😉

I cannot recommend a better hostel than The Passenger Hostel. Every staff member is friendly and helpful. The common area offers all kinds of activities like table tennis, board games and more, with complete kitchen equipment. The room itself is very clean and well decorated, the bathroom is in pristine condition. I'm very happy with the stay as all of the attractions are less than 20 minutes walk. The bed is also comfortable. It's located in the most iconic São Bento Station.

Very clean hostel with a great atmosphere. Porto Spot Hostel is spotless and well-maintained. My only small issue was some noise from other guests late at night and early in the morning, but overall it’s a great place to stay in Porto

The location of the hotel is very good, just near the Freedom Square. It is convenient to go anywhere. The public places are clean and orderly, everyone has communication and vitality, and there are free fruits. Unfortunately, there is no elevator, and it is too hard to carry luggage upstairs.

This place is so relaxing to stay in! It’s a super nice little cafe with the rooms in the back through locking doors for easy access and security. The service is mostly seen outside your room as there isn’t much to be serviced inside, either way they were very friendly and helpful with menus in different languages and all that. The facilities for our room were all you needed, our “bunks” being cubby’s in the wall with lots of space and a locking compartment below for bags or valuables. The bathroom is tight compared to what I was used to in Canada, but it has your toilet, sink, and shower. What more do you need? Lastly the food was very very good, this was our first stay on our trip from Canada so maybe it’s normal here but it is so fresh and simply tasted awesome! Highly recommend!

The property is right in the city center; in a convenient location that allows you to easily get around on foot. Everything is generally clean, both the lobby and the room. The photo in the advert is a bit misleading; the room I was assigned was smaller than the one in the photo, and instead of a small balcony, there was only a window, but it was still very bright. During my stay, the elevator was out of order, which was a major inconvenience: the lobby is on the third floor and the rooms are on the top (fifth), so this is a factor to take into consideration.

Location was good: close to Casa da Musica and the main Boa Vista roundabout. The apartment was clean and big enough for a couple nights of stay. The only issue we experienced was the door code system. When we arrived at the property on the first day, the main entrance door was open, exposing the building to theft. On the second day, we couldn’t open the main entrance door using the code provided. (The code worked on the first day.) We messaged the operator using their platform and received no reply. We called the operator but nobody answered the phone. Since it was raining, we walked to Casa da Musica to shelter ourselves from the rain. Then the operator called back and asked us to send a video of what happened of the door code. Since we left the building, we couldn’t take the video. Then they agreed to look into it. They sent us a reply saying that we refused to comply by sending a video. They subsequently asked us to ignore the message and said it was their internal communication and was sent to us by mistake, but it showed that they didn’t understand why we didn’t want to walk back to the building in the rain to take the video they requesed. After an hour of us raising the issue with them, they finally sent someone to open the main entrance for us. The person said the entrance code issue was not new! It was a very bad experience and we wasted an hour. We would seriously reconsider staying in a place managed by this operator.

I stayed at Pensao França Hostel and overall had a good experience. The hostel is clean, although the room size is quite small, which is typical for backpackers. They provide both small and large towels, as well as body soap and hand soap. There was a slight urine smell when I first arrived, but it disappeared after the bathroom was used. The bathroom has a shower with both hot and cold water available. The room is also equipped with a fan. A microwave and an electric kettle are available for shared use on the second floor. The hostel has three floors and no elevator. The owner lives on the second floor and is very kind and friendly to talk to. Since the hostel is located near restaurants and bars, there can be some noise from outside. However, once the windows are closed and especially when you are tired, it is not too disturbing. The location is very convenient, as it is within walking distance of Porto city center.

This is a formally registered hotel with a certain history. The location is good, not far from the subway station. The front desk is staffed 24 hours a day. The rooms are fairly large. There is an elevator. The light switch design is somewhat inconvenient. There is a TV in the room, but it is very small. Some rooms are right next to a main road; there is noise when the windows are closed, and even more so when they are open. The bathroom is also quite large. The front desk service is very good. The hotel breakfast is very affordable. Overall, it offers good value for money.
