"The location is very centralised, making it extremely convenient to walk to the nearby attractions. We got upgraded to a room with a balcony which was lovely, and everything else about the room was just about perfect too. Super well upkept, maybe cos it’s relatively new too but the bathroom was very clean with zero mold spots. Water pressure was strong while the wifi and aircon / heater worked well. The only con was that the basin seemed a little choked with the water going down pretty slowly, but it wasn’t a major issue for us."

"The hotel was very low average on general. The room was not well maintained, electrical wall plugs were out of the wall, the paint of the WC was fall a part. The room are not well isolated from the neighbours rooms, we could hear every single conversation or noise. The hotel manager was extremely snob and not willing to try to help in small details."

"The hotel staff were great and the facilities including the rooftop bar and wellness are were unbelievable. Our room though had lots of stains on the carpet, the AC initially was not working and we had to call the reception to fix it. The wifi was also very inconsistent and frustrating. Location was a bit out of the main area but a quick 10-15 minute drive solved that. We probably wouldn’t stay here again but it did the necessary job!"
