AAnonymous UserThis hotel deserves its 5 stars! location is right smack in the centre of the city, so you can walk to all sights easily. Service was impeccable - from check in (with a welcome drink of port) to our request for a table to be placed at the balcony outside. Also thanks to the hotel for the complimentary sparkling wine and brownie for our anniversary!

AAnonymous UserBeautiful hotel in a great location, within walking distance of most old town attractions and round the corner from a metro station making it even better!! Staff can't do enough for you and the whole place is welcoming and beautiful.
Breakfast set in lovely dining area with plenty of choice from a menu so served to you without having to wait for the toaster! Rooms are luxurious and have everything you may need, including a very comfortable bed!

GGuest UserThe pros and cons of this hotel are particularly outstanding. The advantage is that the service is very good. I arrived at the hotel at 10 a.m. I wanted to put my luggage away and go out for fun, but I didn't expect that I could check in at that time. The disadvantage is that the castle-renovated hotel is a bit cold. It's more than ten degrees outside, so it's comfortable to turn on the air conditioner in the room.

MM61355****In the center of the old town, you can basically go to any tourist attraction within one kilometer. It is very friendly to traveling bosozokus. There is nothing to say about the interior of the hotel. It is almost the same style as Lello Bookstore. Harry Potter is enough. The elevators and guest rooms are a bit Budapest. It feels like a big hotel. The air-conditioning panel in the room is actually touch-screen. It’s very magical~ The service is also good. After arriving, it’s easier to sit and check in. The check-in time is not stuck. There is also a welcome drink. I usually choose the special one. Port wine, and someone knocks on the door every night to deliver chocolates. Maybe the only bad thing is the small alleys on both sides of the hotel, which are basically tobacco shops and bars. Young people gather there at night and make noise, which will probably last until after 2 o'clock. The second floor is being renovated during the stay, which is quite disturbing. Visit the public area on the second floor. If you like retro, you can really try this hotel.

GGuest UserThis is a new hotel & the design of the room is stylish. Service is that of a 5-star hotel. Everything is brand new & we love it. The only criticism is that it is not located in the city centre & there is nothing around the hotel. Walking distance to the metro line to San Bento is quite far (10 mins). The streets are quite dark at night so it’s a bit of concern walking back the hotel from the metro at night time.

GGuest UserThe hotel had great service, including hotel information at the front desk! The breakfast area overlooks the city of Porto and has a great view. This is not limited to this hotel in Portugal, but there are no slippers or toothbrushes in the room, so you need to bring your own. If I have the opportunity, I would like to stay in an upgraded room.

GGuest UserThe hotel is close to the airport, 15 minutes' drive away, which is convenient for overnight stays and early flights. For seafood lovers, there is a restaurant 10 minutes' drive from the hotel. The food is very good, but a little expensive, but delicious!

SSandraHoFront desk not as helpful as expected. Asked them to help me book dinners, never let me know if they manage to book for me. I was early due to change of flight. Requested for early check then says she will inform me so I waited. She didn’t make sure I didn’t wait too long. So I went for a walk and requested to text me when room is ready. She didn’t do that too. So service is not great
