2-Star Hotels in Mexico City

The hotel is located in the city center, surrounded by many restaurants of different flavors, and the streets are beautiful, which is very suitable for eating and shopping. The room is large, the hygiene is good, and the doorman is very nice (I forgot to tip...). The only uncertainty is that there is no air conditioning. I checked in in March, and it might still be a little cold at night, but I don't know if it will be a problem in summer.

Very well located, the staff very friendly, and the place very clean. Quiet neighborhood, with good food and many markets to explore. The only drawback was that the bathroom lacked hooks for towels, leaving everything a bit cluttered. On the other hand, the cushions were too big for my taste. Aside from that, highly recommended. 😁👍🏼

Very good hotel, This came in as a surprise when booking as it was not really recommend, but the hotel location is very central and the staffs are super nice, they are there to help as much as they can! room also clean. the only downside would be the shower as this is showerhead was quite hard and feel like piercing through my skin when showering.

With the bed, you just sat and was making a lot of noise, and after the more than 15 hours travel we wanted only to sleep well and so with that noise was not possible. Excellent location in the modern city center, close to the metro, with everything you need nearby. The room is quite nice for the price, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The shared bathroom facilities, including the shower and toilet, are in good condition, although there's no shampoo or shower gel. There's also a kitchenette on the floor, but no cutlery or utensils; bring your own. Overall, a very good budget option in a good area.

It's a great location, just a two-block walk from the Zocalo and a quick right turn. I got back to the hotel around midnight, and there were a lot of police around the Zocalo at that time, so it seems like it would be safe to stay there at night. The rooms were quite bleak, and my room didn't have a window, so it wasn't very comfortable. They made free coffee and tea at the reception.

Very affordable price for a large spacious room with a large king size bed, however there is no room service, the big negative point of my stay is that the hotel's Wifi only worked properly the last evening of my stay out of 5 days in total, the rest of the time it was impossible to do anything, which in the middle of Mexico City is very inconvenient. The location and surroundings are average but there is a metro stop nearby

It's better cost performance than Kanazawa, where I grown. Really accessible from drinking venues here in Downtown. People 100% response when I try to chat, was really comfortable than Japan for me. I really live with social media and some media work so it was really reasonable price. I really need to save cash for measures for meeting more people though. Customer service was even perfect out there. Entrance response was hundred percent responding properly it was nice stay with amigos member at hostal amigo. I'm willing to come back to choose after fundraising trip in Queretaro and somewhere better increases income outside. Gracias for responses Staffs and roommates.

Located in a very convenient area of CDMX. There are many things to eat around, and it is near metro and bus stops. Few minus would be that they do not allow ******** consumption, and you cannot bring alcohol from outside. The best for value hostel in CDMX for 2026, many travelers but very limited toilet and kitchen space. It can get cold in CDMX, i wish there were better ways to heat the rooms

The location of the hotel is hard to find, the facade looks like a residence. The first feeling inside is clean and comfortable, and the price is high. The location seems very close to Syntagma Square, the front desk service attitude is very good
