Overall, the room is quite big and clean. Only the bed have some strains. Basic amenities are provided, service at front desk also very good. Location is at the center. Can reach Ikan Bakar Cianju and A2 food court

They said check-in was at 2 PM, but when we arrived at 4 PM, the room wasn't ready. We finally got in at 5 PM, and the room reeked. It felt like the sheets and blankets hadn't been changed or washed; they were filthy and smelled of stale sweat. The hygiene was terrible, and the bathroom was disgusting. I do not recommend this place.

Bed was cramped to wall, toilets black stains, shower with cold water, no kettle facilities, bfast was terrible only bread n fried maggi mee,room smells musty. Took room bcos Batam fully book for the weekend. Our last choice

Strategic location, nearby main attraction spot, mall, about 4-5km to almost all place. Nearby coffee shop, bank, mart and etc. easy to get grab. The room is spacious and clean, the staff very friendly and welcoming. Overall nice hotel for it price.

Excellent service! I really liked one male staff member who greeted my friend and me with a big smile when we arrived on 7/25. On the evening of 7/27, the same person was kind enough to help my friend and me unload our belongings from the car. 😍

Quite an old hotel with outdated furniture and sanitary ware, but the service is great. They even made up our room while we were away without being asked. Super strategic location and excellent value for money. Highly recommended for families.
