The service was very good. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic. They recommended tourist attractions and restaurants to me and cared about me as a traveler. They also had a pleasant chat with us. However, the room was very poor. There were about three rooms with 12 people sharing one bathroom and toilet. The quality of the roommates was average. The bed was very hard. There was a strange smell in the room. I didn't sleep well all night.

Upon checking in, they will give you a welcome drink. They will show you around your assigned room. Bed was very comfortable and there’s aircon in each rooms. Kitchen is sufficient and there’s a lot of chairs to sit in. Breakfast was simple but filling. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay.

Great location! It's a short walk to Gaudí's three famous buildings, the metro station, and a supermarket. I opted for breakfast, which was decent. I didn't try dinner as 9 PM is a bit late for my schedule, but I did notice the food quality looked quite good. The wardrobe in the room was incredibly spacious and held a lot.

This was a truly wonderful place to stay! I accidentally left something behind at the hotel, but they were incredibly kind and helpful, keeping it safe for two days and even arranging for DHL pickup. They also offered laundry service for an additional fee (they mentioned having an 8kg washing machine). I do agree that there's room for improvement with the locks. However, the staff were lovely, and my roommates were all very kind and quiet. I'd love to stay here again if I get the chance.

The property was clean and situated in an excellent location. The staff members were very kind, and the check-out process was impressively fast. My single room did not include TV or a fridge, so it is a bit basic but functional. The building's common areas and the room's interior are showing their age and could use an update. The building relies on a single, small elevator shared with other floors, which can be a bit of a bottleneck. Overall, the stay offered good quality and value for the price.

It was perfect for everyone. Families and friends both. Their roof top view of Sagrada is incredible. Very close to attractions such as Sagrada Familia and Casa Batlo, gave us option to rest before going to the next location. Ac was functional and had hot water too.

My 3 day stay for £150 was value for money and the location,with the Para-lel Metro only 300m or so from the hotel,was a plus point.The staff were very friendly and helpful too.

If you follow them, we are sure your stay with us will be as comfortable as possible. 1) Check-in time is from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. 2) Check-out is by 11:00 AM. 3) There is a EUR 15 surcharge for check-in between 8:00 PM and midnight, and a EUR 30 surcharge for arrival between midnight and 3:00 AM. The late check-in fee must be paid in cash. Check-in after 3:00 AM is not possible because we do not have 24-hour service. If you arrive this late, we will be able to accommodate you the following morning from 10:00 AM. Late check-in must be notified in advance. If you do not notify us in advance, we will be entitled to accommodate you the following day. Guests, please respect each other and each other's time. 4) Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment. The place is clean but the lady in the reception with specs is sarcastic. She expect people to understand her. While she was talking so rude the other guy was laughing. better dont get this kind of people as it will ruin your reputation as you are running a service related business. And sometimes you wont know how a customer can help the business gain good eyeballs.

This hotel boasts an excellent location, very close to Sagrada Familia and the metro station. Although I didn't try the hotel breakfast, there's a cheap and delicious breakfast spot just a two-minute walk away that opens at 7 AM. The front desk staff were all very friendly, and check-in was a breeze. The downside is that the rooms are generally a bit old and small, and the walls are not well soundproofed. In my room, there was only a duvet cover and no duvet, which the front desk said they couldn't provide, so it was a bit cold at night. There were also no mouthwash cups in the room.
