The room is big enough, there is a free toothbrush, you have to ask the front desk to get it, that is, the air conditioning sound is sometimes loud, but there is no elevator, you need to take the stairs. Parking is 20 plus, convenient to travel, and the surrounding area is a playground. Very close to the Great Waterfall, opposite the Ferris wheel.

This hotel is in a convenient location, but the facilities are very old. The room service quality is poor; there's no complimentary drinking water, no kettle, and breakfast has limited options.

I absolutely love this place! Love the entire staff, the room, balcony, breakfast, wifi & FREE parking. I've been there so many times that I think it's my home away from home.

We had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Falls Lodge and Suites. From the moment we arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and were extremely helpful with recommendations for local attractions. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk from the stunning Niagara Falls, yet it still feels quiet and peaceful.The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay and the beds were incredibly comfortable. Breakfast was a nice bonus. The overall value for the price was excellent, especially considering the proximity to the Falls.I would highly recommend Falls Lodge and Suites to anyone visiting Niagara Falls. It’s perfect for families, couples, or anyone looking for a comfortable, well-located place to stay.

I used a room on the 2nd floor. I checked in late and they kindly guided me. Overall, the facilities are old, but considering the location, I think they are good value for money. I didn't use the breakfast because it had a lot of bad content.

I had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the facilities were well maintained, and the overall experience exceeded my expectations. I would especially like to thank Aditi for her outstanding service throughout my stay. She was always attentive, helpful, and professional, ensuring that every request was handled efficiently and with genuine care. Her positive attitude and dedication to guest satisfaction truly made a difference and contributed greatly to the quality of my experience. I took a room for $95 + tax for a decent price per room. Free parking. . The room is clean. The pool is too much chlorine. It's like a detergent was poured into the jadkuzi. I didn't like it. Breakfast - omelet, sausages, oranges and apples (although it was summer) breakfast cereals, a type of jam. coffee, tea, juices. One-time tableware and appliances are cheap plastic.

Overall, this was a nice little place to stay. You can tell it's an older facility, but seems to be fairly well maintained. Pretty clean overall, though the floors were a bit sticky. The setup of our rooms was nice as well. I'd probably stay again if I were ever in the area.

It was perfect the way I wanted. Additional Air Shuttle Bus as Free Service in every 30 minits was so impressive one.
