I really love this Hotel, the staffs are very helpful and the room and hotel itself was clean. I will definitely comeback here and will recommend to my family and friends. He service was excellent. The location was great. It’s like 17mins walk to Clifton hills ferris wheel. 5mins walk to the restaurants. The amenities are clean.

Service could be a bit better, coffee machine is tiny, old and very dirty. Asked for a kettle they don't have one. Other than that everything was good. Overall it's good value for the money.

Within walking distance to Niagara Falls,
There is also a convenience store nearby, so
I thought the location was very good.
I stayed for 2 nights, but unfortunately I was told that the room could only be cleaned from the 3rd day onwards.
The room itself was clean and comfortable.
It was a hotel that I would like to stay at again if I have the opportunity.

A bad hotel. The room I stayed in was right next to the elevator. Whenever the elevator was running, the mechanical sound of the elevator was heard in the room. I couldn't rest day and night. I told the hotel people to take a look. The hotel said it was okay, but in fact they didn't send anyone. Simply the worst hotel ever. If I go to a worse hotel or a better hotel, I won't choose this one.
