Amazing
MmishakarelinAn excellent hotel. I managed to book it during peak season. It's a good option: there are only 8 rooms, all very spacious. I was pleased with the balcony and washing machine on the ground floor. Right in the middle of my trip, I spent 40 TBH on my laundry in an hour, and it dried on the balcony overnight. Superb! The refrigerator is large and roomy. I checked in an hour and a half early, thank you! They're also available on WhatsApp, so I asked them for a clothes steamer. The room is clean; I didn't even ask for cleaning for four nights. There's bike parking, which I've always had success with. There's a rental across the street, which I booked there, which is convenient. I really liked the solution for eliminating dampness: there are moisture-wicking elements in the closet and bathroom, which keeps everything dry and free of moisture. Cons: The common areas are stuffy in the evenings due to the lack of windows, but at least they're safe. The noisy closing of room doors is very audible, but I always sleep with earplugs (due to the noise of the air conditioning in the rooms). It's fine for me. I didn't take any photos of the room, but here's a photo of the cat walking around the neighborhood; they feed him here.

GGuest UserThe hotel and its management are simply wonderful! We booked a room with a large bed and a private pool. The hotel is located in a tropical rainforest, so throughout the day (especially at night) you can loudly hear its inhabitants. For some, this might be a downside, but it was fine for us. The room has a fan and air conditioning, which helps a bit with the Phuket climate, though the bedding was always damp, which was unpleasant, but that's just how the climate is. The kitchen for this room is shared, and in 8 days, we only met our upstairs neighbors once. There's a free washing machine and dryer not far from the room. Upon check-in, a 1000 Baht deposit is required. If no towels, slippers, hairdryer are lost, and nothing is broken during your stay, it's refunded without issues. A tuk-tuk runs every hour from the hotel area, with one free ride per day to the nearest beach or 7-Eleven. Now, for the minor drawbacks. 1. The hotel is located very far from popular tourist spots (Patong, Karon, Old Town, etc.), so getting around takes a lot of time. However, this remote location offers a much quieter stay at nearby establishments or beaches compared to the tourist areas. You can rent a scooter (350 Baht per day) or a car at the hotel. 2. In the bathroom, where the shower, toilet, and sink are combined, there's no partition, and one drain is clearly insufficient. Because of this, water constantly pools in the bathroom, making it unpleasant to be in. Otherwise, everything is done to a high standard! Thanks to the hotel staff for a good vacation!

TTo dear,The hotel is beautifully decorated and very well-paying for its attention to detail. There's a welcome drink, and I loved the decor and atmosphere. The rooms are clean and tidy. There's a swimming pool and fitness center available. The hallways are beautiful with many photo opportunities. The food is delicious and the portions are generous – great value for money. All personal amenities are provided, including a hairdryer, microwave, sink, and tableware – you can just bring yourself!

GGarrikAmazing stay at a brand-new hostel! Everything was perfect! The hostel is brand new with friendly staff. The beds are cozy with big soft blankets, and the new towels are amazing. There are two A/Cs per room, keeping the temperature very comfortable. I also loved the convenient lockers for luggage and shoes. Great location with many cafes and massage shops nearby. Deposit 500 bat upon arrival. There’s a nice chill-out area with a stunning view of the Big Buddha. They also have a modern laundry, a small cafe, and motobike rentals on-site. The only minor thing is the lack of a water heater, but in the heat, the cool water was actually very refreshing. Highly recommended!

GGuest UserArrived early than the actual check-in time, and we are allowed for early check-in as the room is ready for us. Room cleanliness is top-notch, looks like everything new and clean properly. Receptionist are friendly are helpful. The only downside is no elevator so we need to climb up to 4th floor which is quite steep. Hotel location is really close to Old Town, Lard Yai Market, 7-eleven, bus terminal and many more. Great experience. Will recommend this hotel to others.

GGuest UserI had a generally pleasant stay at this hotel. The front desk staff were kind and helpful, and the room itself was comfortable and convenient. However, I experienced an issue that was quite disappointing. I left my room for a trip to Phi Phi Island from the 31st until the afternoon of the 1st, and I requested housekeeping during that time. When I returned, I found that my large luggage lock code had been changed. My original code was 271, but it had been altered to 772, and I was unable to open it. Additionally, ¥2000 that I had kept inside my wallet in the luggage was missing. While ¥2000 is not a large amount, I believe it is unacceptable to tamper with a guest’s personal belongings. Aside from this issue, the overall service was good, but this experience made me feel uncomfortable and concerned about security.

MMi_HaJust next to the bus terminal 2, convenient if taking an early bus or arriving too late in the evening. At the lobby there were always instant coffee, milo, biscuits and many times bananas. Also there is water dispenser with cold and hot water. The downside was the stains on the bath towels and lack of hacks to put the clothing.

NNatalie KaThe apartment was freshly renovated. The bedrooms are upstairs, and the soundproofing is good. One of the bedrooms has no windows, which is perfect for those who love complete silence and darkness. If needed, you could also accommodate someone on the ground floor. We were disappointed that the stove we were expecting wasn't working. It's in the hotel's photos, but there's a sign on it saying it can't be used as the apartment is for sale, and it's just there for demonstration. Dining utensils are provided. Cleaning is every two days with towel changes, and water is replenished. The hotel is a 10-15 minute drive from Bang Tao Beach, or about 45 minutes on foot. We specifically wanted to walk a lot each day, so we often walked. About a third of the walk is along the roadside, which is dusty and narrow. The rest of the walk to the beach is through the pleasant Laguna area. Bang Tao Beach is excellent, one of the best in Phuket. It wouldn't be convenient to walk the entire way with small children. The hotel offers a one-way transfer to Boat Avenue or Bang Tao Beach from 9 AM to 3 PM. It might be possible to arrange for them to pick you up from the beach if you arrive precisely at their scheduled pickup time. Taxis cost 200-240 baht one way, but you can order motorbikes, which are cheaper for 1-2 people. A downside is the construction next to the hotel, which you can see in the attached photos. It definitely detracts from the overall impression. However, it bothered us very little as our windows faced entirely the other side, towards the golf course. The view from the room was beautiful. The pool is small, but it was still pleasant to use sometimes. There are no shops right next to the hotel, so you need to buy groceries in advance. The nearest shop is a 10-15 minute walk along the roadside (or a few minutes by car). It mainly sells Russian food (ready meals, prepared dishes, groceries, drinks – a small but good selection). Nearby, there's an area with a playground, kindergarten, cafes, restaurants, and beauty salons, but we preferred those further away, in the Villa Market and Boat Avenue area. The nearest supermarkets are Villa Market, Tops, and 7-Eleven. Among the restaurants nearby, I recommend Tawai – it offers more refined Thai cuisine with restaurant-style presentation and a mid-range price. A much cheaper option nearby for locals is La Ong Dao Restaurant – it’s simpler, much more affordable, like a canteen, but tasty and safe. In the same area, there are, in my opinion, two of the best Night Markets: on Fridays near Villa Market and on Saturdays near Saii hotel. At the night markets, you can eat delicious food and buy fruits and souvenirs. You can also stroll in the park with lakes and monitor lizards – entry is through Opened Kitchen. Overall, the Bang Tao area is quiet, considered more expensive than others, but it depends on where you stay and eat. You can easily find everything there, even on a moderate budget. On the beach itself, we liked Smigo and Yuuhi beach clubs the most. Enjoy your stay!

GGuest UserTo get to reception, you have to go into the restaurant of the same name and approach the bar. It's a 10-15 minute walk to the sea. There's nowhere to dry clothes. The air conditioner works strangely. At first, the air was warm, then it got cold at night, and I was cold, but in the morning it was warm again. I didn't expect the room with a window would face the wall of the neighboring building, so there's no view and you don't have to open the curtains. But the room is quiet; you can only hear the air conditioner, but it didn't interfere with your sleep. There's a restaurant on the ground floor. The food is delicious. We stayed on the second floor. There were no sounds or smells from the restaurant. Overall, the room is fine for 1-3 days, especially considering the price.

DDianaClean but furniture is old. No smells, no insects either. Location is good, 10 minutes to Patong Beach on foot. On the street noise, but the room was not heard. The air conditioner works well. There is a refrigerator in the room. There is an Italian restaurant downstairs, its owner is Italian. There is 7/11 and a food shop nearby
